  1. Have another crack, I just cleared my inbox.
  2. First in with PM and deposit gets it I'd like to have the cars at my place so I can check install and operation.
  3. Those are GTR offsets so would require decent guard work for them to fit, especially the fronts. I have 10's on the back of mine with a 32 offset and I had to get my guards rolled, that is with a 265 tyre. I would suggest 9.5's +20 at a maximum, even that would require rolled guards and a bit of camber.
  4. I want to order some sample sets for different models so ideally I would like some willing people to test fit these. ER34 R32 GTST S13 Silvia S14 Silvia I am assured these work with these model/weight bonnets. If you have the above model and would be keen on a set shoot me a PM. A small deposit will be required. Here is a pic of what to expect:
  5. +1 700kw R32 GTR +1 600kw 180SX
  6. Ill ask about 32's as well. These dampers are only for GTST/GTT, the bonnets are around the 17kg mark and the dampers are made for this weight. If I get enough interest Ill see about dampers for GTR's. Can anyone tell me the weight of a GTR bonnet?
  7. Hi all, I am in the process of getting some bonnet dampers in to suit R33/R34 and possibly S13's. If anyone is keen on a set I will place a larger order so I can get the price down. At the moment it is looking to be around the $70 for a black set and $100 for a carbon set. Will know exactly how much when I place the order, the $$ is tanking which is a bit crappy. This is just a EOI at the moment, still a couple of weeks away from confirming anything. Who is keen?
  8. There will be a few on E85 so a stop at blaxland maccas is a must. The united servo is just around the corner.
  9. Ill have a beard as long as yours Bob before this thing is turned over
  10. Cut off the wings on top of the bar making it flat, then put the stock series 2 grill in. I have the same bar in storage and that is what I did. Looks a lot better.
  11. Is it me or does anyone else think the welder at HKS Kansai needs the sack? I would expect impeccable welds on something that costs that much.
  12. Also it isnt the dog spacing that makes them work it is simply the dog gears slotting into each other.
  13. It will go into first everytime, what he is saying is there will be a louder clunk if you dont wait those few seconds, which is nothing to worry about as it is only the dog gears engaging each other at a faster speed. As in this vid with PJ, listen as he engages 3rd (1st at 1.37sec) without waiting those few seconds:
  14. There is no need really, you can still drive a dog set normally on the street.
  15. IMO 5w is too thin. Manufacturer states 10w40. As said, there is not point spending big $$ on oil if is only a daily. I use Valvoline Engine Armour 10w40 in my new daily and any shitty 20w50 in my Starlet which has over 300,000km and still runs like a clock
  16. In my findings both United and Caltex have not varied, Caltex 73 to 75 and United 85 to 90.
  17. Fill up at the United at Blaxland, I am
  18. Im in too.
  19. Ill be trying Nulon 15w50 Street and Track next as it states it is ok to use in engines running E85. Will post my thoughts in a few weeks.
  20. ^^^Any semi synthetic 10w40 will be fine.
  21. That is all I use them for, 4 times in 6 months to the workshop and back. You can add 10km to the 20km free for $10. 30km free towing
  22. Legal is 90db not 93db. Also do not install a Varex, if you get sent for an inspection it will be an instant fail. These guys do good mufflers at a good price: http://myworld.ebay.com.au/mijexhaust&ssPageName=STRK:MEFSX:SELLERID&_trksid=p3984.m1543.l2533
