  1. Shave it...
  2. I used the Proraso Pre shave creme this morning, by far the smoothest and most even shave I have had. Not really sure what it did but my guess is soften the stubble and made the skin slippery to glide the blade across. Either way win win
  3. Need to get this gate cruise happening son!
  4. Sign me up please! Keen to hear the info on engineering certificates.
  5. That pic clearly shows how the reflector housings are no good for HIDs, hot and cold spots everywhere. I have had HIDs in mine for years with the beam angled nearly all the way down.
  6. What size? To suit what turbo and in what location?
  7. There is no real need to port RB heads to make power. I have seen plenty of stock port heads make crazy numbers.
  8. It all comes down to the driver. Some people find 70kw too much.
  9. That's no good. Hope he is doing OK.
  10. PM fatz. He has an engine and turbo kit ready to go for the money you are willing to spend. All top shelf stuff too.
  11. ^^ Not a chance. The car is now in storage and I highly doubt it will see the light of day unless someone shows interest in purchasing it.
  12. All I do it GT5 these days is drift with 12 yr old Japanese kids lol
  13. Will sound good (better with a single turbo) but very loud. I have 2 big mufflers on mine and it would still be around the 100db mark.
  14. Are you sure it wasnt towed by the council? Unreg vehicles can't be parked on the road.
  15. Technically you are correct however a cop won't defect you for a BOV if he cannot see it. Both times I have had my car DECC inspected I was told by the inspector "Remove your BOV because the people at the EPA don't like seeing them" That comment alone tells me the pen pushers there are inconsistent in their rulings.
  16. Rob a HID retro fit will cost you around $1000. I would just stick a good quality halogen in there. I recently put some Ring Automotive 120% bulbs in my daily, has been the brightest halogen I have used and has a nice white light. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-RING-XENON-ULTIMA-H1-BULBS-120-BRIGHTER-FREE-LED-KEYRING-/350774662729?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51abcc9649&_uhb=1
  17. No you can't be defected for no BOV. If the cop is a dick he will issue you with a DECC inspection notice and then the inspector will pick out all your defects.
  18. f**k response! Nothing beats baking tyres at 180km
  19. Get payout, buy car back for 3k, track car It is already half stripped so some of the work has already been done for you.
  20. +1 for cars in Forza being tail happy.
  21. Hi all, For sale I have an N1 oil pump with JPC billet gears. The pump is used but in good condition (only 2000kms old). As some have found, the N1 gears are prone to cracking which can result in engine failure. JCP have answered this problem by making billet oil pump gears. http://www.jpc.com.au/?page_id=83 If you are after peace of mind without spending $1200+ on an oil pump this is the pump for you. Price is $500 or $350 and exchange for your stock oil pump. Prices are FIRM. Pickup from SW Sydney. Contact via PM.

  23. Both ways are ok, I personally went the extended pickup route and works fine. Oil pressure is always rock solid. A friend of mine tapped a fitting into the sump for the pickup and works fine too. I just dont like the idea of having the pickup at the lowest point of the sump just in case any crap settles to the bottom and it sucked in. We both run inline oil filters as well as the stock oil filter (remote).
