Get your exhaust and intake system sorted first. A larger intercooler and larger diameter piping will result in a drop in response on a stock car. Bring up the boost a little then think about an intercooler. Not really needed though for anything under 180-190rwkw.

Could be intercooler piping come loose. Is there heaps of black smoke coming from your exhaust?

Ive had my car tuned a few times,as mods were added.My car sometimes shows knock of 80 for a split second at high boost and RPM. Taken the car back a few times to sort it out.But i was told all is normal.Could be a number of things in the engine bay making noise. I never hear any pinging but i do get a read of 80 at high loads on occasion. Tuner is very reputable.And works mostly on Nissans.

As a daily driver i wouldnt push to far past 260rwkw. If you are serious about making the 300rwkw i would have a rebuild on the cards.

Water/methanol injection

Yeh would definately get a dump pipe and hiflow cat of some sort.Hiflow air filter and power FC with 12psi of boost.Should get there.
