  2. chassis rails... fck that although you could weld in the same type of steel and shape it correctly, grind back the welds and paint it matte, than stick some dirt on to it to make it look factory. although i would not recommend it, you could getaway wit hit unless they have a closer look. if that's not your car, than please do not buy it.
  3. what do you mean? like structural repairs or is the leather on them worn out? if its leather than most motor trimming places will re-trim the steering wheel for around $200 with new leather in any colour you want, any stitching pattern and and colour stitching.... not sure about handbrake.
  4. yeah the r8 copped it bad, not overly sorry, he was being a knob on the track as well as the blue xr5 focus... pushing in through the inside on corners, i copped a bit of grass on the first hairpin thanks to him otherwise could have made contact. at the end of the day was running mid - low 1.30's which im quite happy with having only approx 180-190kw and auto. definitely looking forward to the next one

  9. Anyone know how to remove the factory oil pressure switch? Need to put in a proper gauge for tomorrows track day and the factory unit wont budge! http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Re...wi-t270190.html
  10. Hi guys, Trying to install an aftermarket gauge in it and am having trouble removing the old oil pressure switch, how the hell does it come out? Ive tried unscrewing it by hand, but its way too tight (running low on that muscle growth protein stuff) and don't have a spanner/socket that fits over it. Not that it would matter as its just round with a notch in it. Any tips? I need to do this by tomorrow for the track day. HELP!!!
