Nick, no worries with all that happy laps stuff. The only reason why I got a bit wound up is because I paid that morning and then, 2hrs later, new rules were posted up that to me, were "new". But that's all sorted out now
As for your car - why don't you and the wifey come to some sort of compromise? You have your toy and she has the family car? Any one who has a toy car should really have a daily anyway especially for when you want to work on the toy for a week or something.
If you want a GTR then please do get one! You are getting older and so are the cars and we will definitely be the last generation to enjoy this era of Japanese muscle (and all that awesome muscle that came out worldwide in the 90's) If you left it for another 10 years could find yourself buying a 30 year old R32 with possibly close to 200k on it in need of full restoration (it's probably what I will have to do when I get mine eventually)....not to mention, god only knows what sort of ridiculous laws we'll have in Australia by then.
