Am i the only one who thinks nothing needs to be changed? "It's pretty obvious that, well, sometimes shit happens, doesn't it?" They will know now not to bring out the tractor on that corner unless its a safety car and that's it. No rules or procedures really need to be changed.

More lag than the XR6 3582R with the .5 housing or the "real" 3582R with the .70? Also will you experiment with a billet wheel at some point?

What's the VNT turbo like to drive in first, second and third with the fact that it acts like its a different A/R size in lower revs. I suspect a lot of difference to the other turbos?

Also don't use a big throttle body if you do go with a plenum. Use the stock one, bigger will only make it crappy for street.

Also needs a tune to make the most of it.

Just do it like the pic that johnnilicte posted. All the money you will spend on this could go to another turbo, or tune, or injectors, or guages or anything else you want. You will spend the money then regret it like i did on my RB25 when i bought a china front mount and all i had was issues, and for what? Nothing.

If you must have one id buy one of those plazma man style ones to keep the runners long for the already torqueless motor.

Does anyone know if kando dynamics do front housings on their own? I know they do rear housings, because i was thinking of changing a XR6 turbo to a the larger .70 front housing and then using the smaller .82 rear housing rather than the 1.06 they come with stock to compensate for the lag on the larger front. Just hope he .82 won't be too small for the 4L.

Nah mines non hicas from factory. To add to the randomness it hasn't been doing it and the PS noise has gone away but i got the parts installed that i got from Racing Logic it didn't fix the damper problem but it feels better to drive. So i still can't adjust it but it must of done something to help lol. Got the manual cluster installed, boost gauge where the clock used to be, HIDs, other stuff fixed up like reverse lights and got my air con working etc, made all the lights glow green to match for wank factor too. Also this is how i made the manual bits hook up with the auto stuff. Looks pretty clean imo. (gear stick is in reverse thats why its back like that)

2510 with my 4.3 diff is good. Feels like its always on boost. It feels pretty progressive too its not like nothing nothing ON its smooth and if i adjusted the cam gears i could've kept the power going for longer. On 98 they seem to max out around the 210ish kw mark but when i retune it with bigger injectors, adjust cam timing and tune a little i hope it gets a bit more.

Also I have this issue where the car will pull to the left when driving but when i stop, go full lock left and full lock right again, its fixed? Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Ok sweet, i wasn't worried so much about daily duties, more track work, but its not like its tuned within a inch of its life or anything so i hope i'm ok.

Does anyone know if going from the stock rack thats in it to say a S14 or a S15 one makes much of a difference. I can't t tell if its a PS issue or a rack issue but sometimes steering feels smooth and other times it feels jolty and not nice. Also i am starting to hear a loudish noise sometimes when turning the wheel about half way.
