  1. two e85 stations, one north side, one south side.
  2. specs are in the sig link. no pinging.
  3. the R34 is heavier than the 33 while being marginally smaller, and since when has a car being popular made it a bad car?
  4. mines 9.3:1 on 98, if its dedicated e85 10:1 or more is easily possible.
  5. you arent going to get a garrett turbo and a manifold for 2k, 2.5-3k will get you a 6boost/ETM manifold and a gt35 but the GT30's are more expensive than the GT35's, unless you can get someone elses setup 2nd hand. a racecar on a budget is going to break things, cheap stainless manifolds expect them to warp and crack, cheap nasty turbos, expect them to be extra laggy and or blow up.
  6. you can run straight water or straight meth, but it works best if its a mixture of both.
  7. otherwise a gt3582 with 0.82 rear is guaranteed to make the numbers but expect full boost around 4000-4500
  8. hard to use the autotune on the road, you have to maintain the load and revs for the cell you are tuning for a couple of seconds to get a fairly accurate change, and repeat that for every cell you are changing with it. as an example as soon as you have enough load to start accelerating you cant hold the cell anymore, start going uphill? load changes or revs drop/rise. start going downhill? same thing. if the load starts changing while its calculating the value you get wildly rich or lean cells. might as well just go manual change a few cells at a time and try it out, make a few more changes etc.
  9. its the standard middle muffler from an apexi N1 system.
  10. i have a middle muffler in mine and its roughly 10" L x 8" W x 5" H, if its lowered a lot you may want to stick to 4" high.
  11. the skyline plugin vipec has an internal 3 bar map sensor so the link will have the same or a 2.5bar worst case (22psi positive) the sensor size is up to you as there is no factory hole you will have to drill and tap a new hole for it anyway. wiring it up you may find the AFM is a voltage input not a temperature input (3 temp inputs, 6 voltage inputs) worst case you can just run a new wire for it without much effort.
  12. thats not good, hopefully its just a case of replacing the cam and off you go again. did the cam snap with any of the valves held open?
  13. piggaz managed to push his past 300kw with the 2.5" restrictor in it, but the turbo setup was capable of significantly more power and made significantly more power when that exhaust was removed. change the muffler for a larger one or add a larger middle muffler and chop out the 2.5" restrictor plate.
  14. before you buy it ask the tuner how much to just install and tune it, if its less than $1000 go for gold. the software being clunky is only an issue to you if you are going to be playing with the tune on it, if the tuner is the only one going to be doing that then as long as they know what they are doing with the software its a non issue.
  15. they have 4 ignition drivers and 8 injector drivers on the skyline plugin and come standard with a 3bar map sensor as of june/july last year (2.5bar before that).
  16. if its stock except for a boost increase they cant tune it, they can advance the cam sensor and thats about it.
  17. given how cheap it is just replace them and remember to use petrol soluble lube when installing them.
  18. get injectors instead. 394kw on the stock fuel pressure regulator here.
  19. buy mine, its twice your budget but its had four times the budget spent on it. as a bonus his would spank yours
  20. and then shave the head/block for even more compression.
  21. the gates racing belts are known to make a bit of noise, check the belt tension, if its set correctly then its fine.
