  4. crisis over, discovered after testing the turbo wasnt the issue.
  5. i have this all before. its all in the boost ramp rate and limiting power a little in lower gears (assuming tyres are decent and you arent running something silly ie -5 degrees camber on the rear). GT35R + 235 semis and i have traction in 1st and 2nd unless its particularly cool/cold if you can have a 2D map for boost control and run GEAR vs Revs, eg mine runs 1st 15psi, 2nd 17psi, 3rd 17 until ~100km/h and then full boost from there on.
  6. for nistune you need the rb20 or 300zx stock ecu + the nistune board tune can be anything from $450 - $1200
  7. dont need injectors for the stock turbo, stock injectors are good for 230ish kw

  12. engines that run WMI (my own included) actually are pretty clean inside when pulled down or inspected.
  13. WMI operates at 150+psi and injects in the order of ML per minute a garden hose into a vacuum line does not operate the same way.

  16. no i dont have EGT sensors and my wideband is in the front pipe about 30cm from the cat.

  18. with decent sized turbos you should be seeing better econ than that. my 3L with GT35 will do 9-10L/100km on the highway(at 110). is it running rich? my cruise afr is around 15.5
  19. if the belt is too tight for too long you can snap the tensioner/idler bearing studs and make a real mess, keep it to spec.
  20. as my brother just mentioned it to me earler, it may pay to do a similar thing to the flex bellows except like a heat shield so you dont catch and tear holes in it.
  21. thought about adding some small plates from the lip of the middle muffler to the pipe as a brace and also to help stop it catching on anything?
  22. if the cats not 100cpi (or 100cpsi) ask for one that is as it will give better flow.
  23. would an 820 cube mopar/funny car engine be big enough? or still need more cubes?
