  1. i havent had AC for years. you learn to live without it.
  2. also dont trim the reo, you can bend/bash it with a hammer but a cut one is not legal.
  3. he can also bash it off the limiter as much as he likes without any fear of breaking the oil pump gears.
  4. exhaust / intake are on the wrong sides for the car, looms, ecu etc all different.
  5. pitty you sold yours.
  6. you are most likely going to have to have 2x 044 pumps and 1600cc injectors to give some headroom.
  7. few months since the wastegate lines melted and i had some unlimited boost funs.
  8. highest i have seen so far is 427 out of a 0.82 on E85. (NYTSKY's car)
  9. if you are worried about response, use a smaller turbo rather than just a smaller housing.
  10. see how similar the power / boost curve is compared to a 3076 then make a rough guess based on AL's dyno sheets in the RB30 upgrade thread.
  11. baww. but i want to know now
  12. how much earlier are we talking? 1bar @ ????RPM
  13. 044 pump with stock fuel reg here, no problems holding 42psi @ idle.
  14. 540nm @ 4700 320kw @ 5700
  15. its the stock turbo what do you expect? its small for a 2.5L its way too small for the 3L. does drive nice in traffic though, boost from 1500.
  16. nytsky went from 350-360kw with the 3076 to 427kw with the 3582. keeping in mind thats with E85 not 98.
  17. if its in a GTR why not go a set of bolt in 2860-9 turbos? to get ~330ish kw or 2860-5 turbos for ~400kw? there is a lot of $$ in changing to a single setup.
  18. i have a similar setup i was getting full boost at 5500 (didnt have any preload on the wastegate, fixed that up and brought it back down to ~3500), i agree that it is acceptable response for the street but compared to a friends 3076 setup (again on a 3L) you notice the lag switching between the two cars.
  19. the 90 is probably a typo which should say 98
  20. he is talking about a catch can setup, nothing to do with the factory heat exchanger.
  21. in the low 300's area at the moment, need to change a couple of things before going for another tune which should get close to if not crack 400.
  22. same here, 5 engines so far using the good ol bolt.
  23. Have you considered using some form of heat shield like this? All the wires that run behind look the same these days as they day i put it in.
  24. The caltex @ NICHOLLS now has tags on one of the pumps stating that the fuel for that one is changing and not to use it.
