  1. just throw a big muffler on the back, if its close enough to legal and you arent being a complete douche most cops arent going to waste their time.
  2. wow i was tired when i posted that. one pump should be enough to see you max out the 35R. a Nismo/Tomei replacement pump or a single Bosch 044, thought thats getting to the point where a surge tank isnt a bad idea.
  3. one pump fuel you should be able to see you max out the 35R. a Nismo/Tomei replacement pump or a single Bosch 044, thought thats getting to the point where a surge tank isnt a bad idea.
  4. you stick the car/engine on a dyno. different cars, different drive lines, etc. you cant get an accurate answer making large assumptions about what losses are involved.
  5. i checked the caltex at nichols, if they have an E85 pump i cant see it.
  6. you need a T piece that has 2x 3/4" and a 5/8"
  7. anything that can be user adjustable is a no go.
  8. skylines already use a plastic tank.
  9. the 0.63 version of the 35R is not a good turbo choice given it does similar power to the 3076 but is less responsive
  10. if you go the 35R with a 0.82 rear you will see ~20psi a bit after 3500 (thats what mine does anyway)
  11. model # 12570260 thats the new model yea?
  12. you could go so far as to use the stock manifold + GT3071 / GT3076 internal gate. a 3076 will give about 1 bar at 2500rpm
  13. i thought they only supported the Siemens sensor for that? its possible but not cheap.
  14. mark if you have a Link G4, talk to yavus about getting a 2nd fuel map done for E85, that way you can switch between the two with a switch on the dash/in the glove box connected to the ECU (run the tank to empty and then fill with 85 and switch over the map)
  15. which intercooler did you end up going with?
  16. no one is saying an RB20 wont make the power, but they make it ~1000rpm later than an RB25 and ~2000rpm later than an RB30 given the same setup.
  17. E85 is massively better for emissions than 98, check out guilt-toys results with E85 vs normal petrol.
  18. just spend the money on an ETM/6boost/full race manifold, they are excelent bits of gear.
  19. you can also use copper grease on the sparkplug thread when putting them in to help when it comes time to remove them
  20. just a little bit of lag before it gets up and goes
  21. you may be able to pass using special low emission fuel/E85.
  22. its an RB20, anything much larger than the stock turbo is going to be laggy.
  23. everyone knows you only want to do a skid in it.
  24. 17 psi with a GT35 and only 190kw?
  25. http://wbo2.com/home/default.htm they arent hugely expensive, they are a local product and they work well.
