Do you have a pipe bender? or did you just go out and buy some bends? i am thinking about making a custom 3.5" catback for mine and im not sure what i will need in the way of bends.
need to post some video of what it sounds like with that system on it.

For: Undoing bastard nuts/bolts that a socket wont fit and is too tight / not enough room for a full size spanner to fit onto

one fuel and ignition map, up the boost to the max it was tuned for, i wouldnt suggest going higher than it was tuned for. stick it on the 1.25bar setting and leave it there, nothing wrong with running 18psi on that turbo everyday.
you will have to get it emissions tested before and there is a ~4-5 week delay before you can get in for testing (penrith test on monday, bottany on wednesday). if the engineer says the car is safe and it passes emissions testing it should be apples, but for a car with your mods expect 1500+ for the engineers + any changes that have to be made.
at least you got the decency of being pulled over for it, i got a letter in the post telling me mine wasnt road worthy. though i am jumping through all the hoops to get it engineered rather than make it track only.
if you have speed inputs from the front wheel/s you can do traction control with the launch control, my launch control is activated (armed ready to go) after the clutch is held for 10 seconds, then you can mash your foot to the floor and drop the clutch.
