  1. 4 ignition drivers on the plugin using 3 to run wasted spark. You can do sequential on the V88. As for the AFM's give ray a call if your interested. Ph: (07) 4051 6672
  2. There are just as many if not more idiots in Australian built cars as there are in Japanese ones. If you force an idiot out of one car they are just going to use something else for the same purpose.
  3. +1 for black ceramic coating. im still waiting for mine to get done
  4. assuming the weather remains good.
  5. A simple float switch attached to a gauge/light in the cabin will let you know if you are running low. Should you run out depending on the ecu you can either switch between fuel/ign maps (have one for WMI and one for without) or just remove some ignition timing if you have to thrash it. If you look into the kits most of the non budget ones come with an electronic controller that you can set to start injecting meth at what ever boost level you like, so depending on setup you may not start even using the meth until you hit 5-10psi of boost
  6. CeJay, you will need a knock amp to use the knock control on your plugin board (only the V88 has a built in filter/amp last time i checked) the boost control will need a solenoid that the ECU can control. the antilag, launch control, and flat shift are options that need to be setup and enabled in the ecu (making them options that are enabled via laptop or switches is up to you)
  7. i use 2x 12" thermo fans attached directly to the radiator and on from the moment the engine is started. unless you are thrashing the shit out of it on a hot day it never gets above 90 using the stock radiator.
  8. there will be a vac line running into the big purple thing behind your BOV. that's your wastegate.
  9. +1 for Anthony's work. He was very helpful in the setup of my vipec.
  10. interesting for the women, maybe.
  11. i got a third of the way in before closing it.
  12. Anna's GT35R (assuming that is the GT35R Dave is talking about) has a .63 rear i wouldn't expect it to make much more than the 345 it did make.
  13. RB20 items are unlikely to fit as they run a 78mm piston as opposed to the 86mm of the 25/26/30
  14. Not even 100cc difference, it is more along the lines of ~60cc. The 3076R would hardly be a bottle neck even with big revs with a .82 rear housing they are good for ~300kw at the wheels, what would be interesting would be a comparison with a 3076R vs 2x 2860-7's (or N1's) both setups being good for very similar power.
  15. i believe Roy was trying to make a point rather than a serious post.
  16. you can run one, guilt-toy has one on his.
  17. its the way the signs are made.
  18. the powerfc has it permanently stored. just reset the unit and take a look.
  19. you had to be there.
  20. remember that's NZD, so its even less when in AUD.
  21. to spoil your fun it wont physically fit in the 20, the bores are the wrong size
  22. not the right colour but you get the idea.
  23. Volk LM-GT4's in silver would look sexy. with possibly ~+22 offset.
  24. You couldn't afford a 2.8 kit not to mention that you don't have an engine to put it in Gus
