  1. I'm on 3.81% at the moment, zero annual fees. Looks like the comparison rate for that 3.69% deal is 4.38% Pretty sure ubank and loans.com.au are still the actual comparable cheapest as they have no annual fees on their variable rate loans, with a once off few hundred $$ fee if you want to go fixed rate. But you have to have minimum 20% deposit to get those deals.
  2. You mean 20% If you put down 80% up front on your first house you have done well. Going 20% deposit also gets you lower interest rates on top of not having to pay mortgage insurance.
  3. So a massive gate and massive sliding/folding glass doors across the whole back of the place? It seems like a fine stage from which to show off your efforts in the gym, at least thats the first reason you would want it that comes to mind.
  4. Maybe its number 4 on what ever Street it is.
  5. Not if it had been in there since the 50s.
  6. A dead animal
  7. https://www.bunnings.com.au/earthwool-r-1-3-55mm-18m2-space-blanket-under-metal-roof-insulation_p0810887 This stuff, would just need to use foil tape to seal it around the pipework.
  8. What about the silver foil backed stuff for under metal roofing?
  9. That will take forever and be so incredibly awkward
  10. How is he going to explain all the sex toys to his child?
  11. That leaves everything fairly exposed
  12. Get some solid use out of it. They take ages to build even if insurance for pays out after all.
  13. Probably a good idea to avoid burning down the new house, at least wait a few years first.
  14. The one with the glowing eyes?
  15. You don't need no water let the motherf**ker burn?
  16. 161 Is 4th gear. 3rd tops out at 140
  17. I disagree with manufacturers selling products with raid0 setups, that shouldn't be an option for most people as they don't understand the risks and drawbacks involved in doing it, just put the one bigger Pci-e ssd in it, it's easily faster than two sata ones anyway.
  18. If it has two and they were in raid0, you won't be getting anything off of them without having the same chipset to plug them into. (Basically not going to happen) raid1 is a better setup to be running if you have the choice, but you only get the space of one drive and you can recover from a dead drive or a dead computer as both drives contain all the same data without requiring the chipset that put it on there to read it.
  19. It's a bit late to go fishing.
  20. GE money comes to mind as someone that will lend to almost anyone if they are willing to accept incredibly high interest rates.
  21. Voice sounds like Andrew Hawkins, but doesn't come off with the wankery impression that he thinks he is the best and most important thing since sliced bread.
  22. That's not good. It's showing up as not being formatted or initialised. So it looks like when your laptops crashed it's wiped out the ssd.
  23. I have had the red stuff and yellow stuff with the dba slotted rotors. Reds are a decent low dust pad for Street use. Yellows will take a couple stops before they have enough heat to bite hard, not great on the first few stops in near 0c weather and won't stand up to heavy track use if you have 300+kw, but will do the job if it's mostly stock. you will need something like the blue stuff or just bigger brakes in general if you have a lot of power and want to go hard on the track.
  24. So it's better as it's mono and not a surround sound setup?
  25. Not to mention cheap, all he needs is a few drinks and he is sorted.
