some have complained that the turbos a bit big, but i havent found any serious issues with the lag, but the skyline had less lag than this car does, and much less than the lag it had when i bought it.

yep. all done by benchmark, the boost has come on earlier since the weekend you were here when i was installing the new wastegate actuator, 3rd gear seeing peak boost at ~4100 and 4th gear is ~3800 ants, there are no vids of my car being tuned.

mine makes that power on plain old 98, my turbos bigger

which one? the gold plated one looks very much like a 26 head to me.

also, make sure its torque plate honed/bored. nobody likes oval bores.

e85 figures vary too much, 98 figures for base comparisons fo sho.

its the same as the GT30 route, much more modification required to fit them vs just getting something that will bolt in and give the result he wants.

high flow from hypergear will be cheaper in the long run, bolt in with less issues and give better response with the power you want. a 3071 is a 270ish kw turbo, will be a bit laggier, and requires custom dump and some other bits to bolt in.

more expensive route HKS GT-RS kit for RB25 or cheaper route ask Stao/hypergear for a high flow capable of similar response/power.

responsive power on a stock 33. stock turbo and 200kw or a smallish highflow capable of ~250kw/HKS GTRS type power. responsive and wont make so much power/torque that its going to break everything.

spend more on tires. QR is a power friendly track, but the more power you have the more likely it is to break too.
