just shipped them, had to swap the strut tops, dust covers, bump stops and springs. as they are just the shock itself, not a full kit.

i dont have a drift car or the desire to go drifting? i dont even like doing burnouts, its a waste of perfectly good expensive tires. orange paint because it goes with the colours of the car better than red. old red new orange. i cleaned the wheels up afterwards, but they hide their brake dust well until something touches them.

i considered different wheels briefly but then ruled it out almost entirely based on cost vs performance advantage. the old but reliable RPF01 or the new RS05RR as seen here but less dish as that level of dishness to them is only avaliable on the 10.5" model which wont fit under the guards, hard to say how well they suit the evo in a 9.5" wheel as they are in limited supply and not a lot of pictures about.

definitely. that said, i did paint my brake calipers bright orange.

wheel whores that care more about stance than any actual performance, ones that feel the cars the fastest thing on the planet because it has had a cat back added. anything relating to drifting. etc

did you consider going a 3.5 or 4" exhaust?

its standard, mine did it to me when i was playing with the remote. it took me a while to work out what i had done to get it to do that.

also, an evo 9 will do ~400km to a tank, its just the 7 that has a thimble for a fuel tank.

wasnt running stock engine guts either, but still completely OEM turbo pushing "450" american HP the stock injectors are just too small to make enough power for a seriously fast time

just to crap on your stock parade, the fastest stock turbo evo ran a 10.08 @ 132

so my AVC-R is saying im running 27 psi of boost (MAP sensor to the ecu says ~25.6 psi), tuner said give it some more boosts but the things already running ~80% solenoid duty to push that.

what hamish said, an ecu flash with more boost (can be done via factory ecu and factory solenoid or buy a 3 port solenoid that plugs in to the factory loom for $115) dual map it with 98 and e85, they pickup a decent 30kw or so. stock tune is only ~160kw at the wheels, remap with ~24psi or slightly more on the e85 map.
