they dont mess with you (the pack doesn't state that you shouldnt be operating heavy machinery etc) but if you have stomach issues prolonged/high dosage use can cause stomach ulcers/gas/diarrhea
they make stronger ones, but they are prescription only. see what the doctor suggests you take
well, if it was the weak one which is off the shelf, or the stronger two which are pharmacy only options
taking 2x 50's is the same as taking 8x 12.5's, there is a big difference in what effect they have.
when i had nasty back pain from driving the emo back from melb the doctor put me on tramadol after i finally gave in and went to see them. but i also found the stronger voltaren was much better than panadine fort for that particular issue.
my car was a whole lot faster and more usable if you made the boost hit softer, it could hit full boost at 3500-4000 or you could back the wastegate off so it was less agressive and hit full boost at 5000-5500, backed off like that you could hold 390kw roll on in 2nd with 255 semis. 1st is just too low gearing to be much use.
