my brakes just started squealing, and i have a noisy lifter or a blown exhaust gasket since i changed the turbo setup. sounds similar to this youtube clip, except i have a loud squeal on boost want to look at it this weekend, but have to clean the house/yard for an inspection.

you are thinking of finland. they require mandatory training for driving on ice and snow, as well as training on a skidpan where the instructor will purposely get the car out of the drivers control.

dropping the BAC level also has the added bonus of targeting the entire spectrum, not just 20-25 year olds they also need to be tougher on the drink driving thing, the more you do it the harsher the penalty.

i think the better option is to drop the BAC level to 0.02 instead of extending p plate restrictions to 25, not everyone drinks and most dont drink and drive.
