the turbo size doesnt matter much for emissions testing, bigger is better in that regard as it doesnt come on boost during the test. cams are another matter, you dont want big cams when going for an emissions test. good cat and some E85 will make passing pretty easy. mine passed with the 3L and 35R on a euro3 cat.

does that include cars with adjustable upper arms?

N1 is designed to reduce cavitation at higher revs, that doesn't just mean above 8000. for a dedicated track car go N1, for street cars go standard.

they do but not in the way you are thinking, it requires a dyno and steady loading to work out fuel map values only.

do NOT go 3L with a GTRS turbo. GT30 with 0.82 rear minimum for a 3L or it chokes the top end massively and you end up making all of 80kw at 7000.

manifold did, turbine housing probably was, i had it done a couple of years ago. overall cost wasnt that much, couple hundred i think. again it was a couple of years ago.

except that buying a powerfc + z32's or nismo afms will set you back the same as a better ecu.
