i've just upgraded to coilovers and wonna sell my old suspension. The rear shocks(KYB) are only 5K km old, im not sure about the rest, the front springs look like there lowered King Springs. anyhoo, i want $250.00 (i paid more for the kyb shockies) for the lot, pick-up (items located @ brisbanes northside), ill post it at buyers cost, PM me for pics if interested and ill reply asap. cheers, Aif

i have always heard that superchargers are pritty limited, but i havent read into it much? aif

did they put the right plugs in? i lost heaps of power because a garage installed the wrong plugs in my r33 gtst,

probly the passanger windows motor has burnt out, its pritty common and you can get a brand new motors from alljaps wreckers for $125. good luck Aif. if the switch to that window has lost its SprIng tension it will cause the window to stay on down and burn the motor out. if it feels softer then the others switchs then you'll need to replace it aswell or you'll need another motor.

i got a cat back zost, high flow panel filter, fmic, and the rest is stock (inc. boost) and i got 163.2 kw when mercury motorspports tuned my S1 r33 gtst. have also noticed that most ppl getting 200+KW get a GTR fuel pump, and ECU upgrade or a new chip. good luck mate Aif

i had this prob. and took my car to mercury motorsport and they changes my o2 sensor got the right plugs and checked my timing and now its running wicked good. i got pod, 600 x 300 x 75 FMIC, cat back zorst, tried cleaning my AFM and it did nothing, get a good tuner to check it out. AIF

LMAO, Pedders quoted me $750 fat ones for install of coilovers "yeah mate it will take us all day if were lucky, your kind of car is very difficult to work on" <----- wank i have a S1 R33 and it took me 5hrs to install and i don't know shit about suspension. Aif

i bought iridiums from supercheap about 5-10 000 km ago and they sold me the wrong heat range, and the wrong gap size. mercury motor sports told me that the iridiums that i was sold where for a non turbo stock r33. ill have a look for the part numbers for the new plugs, coz my car is running wicked good now i got the right plugs. Aif P.S if anyone knows someone with a N/A r33 that needs my old plugs plz pm me, lol

hay guys i got sold 120 bucks worth of NGK Iridium plugs that are suited to an N/A RB25DE by supercheap (twats). as i have a RB25DET there the wrong gap size and heat range. i want $60 for all six plugs (postage@buyers cost), i still have the boxes for them so you can verify the part number #BKR5EIX-11 if your interested please PM me as i don't spend much time in this part of SAU. i'd try and do the work yourself. i got quoted $800clams for Bridgestone to install my coilovers because "coilovers are very tricky to install on your model skyline (S1 R33), it will take us more then a day" i installed them in 4hours. it took that long cause i hadnt done suspension stuff b4, but there tuned and im happy to have saved the money. get it checked out by a few mechanics and find out what you'll need to do, and do it good luck Aif

i also have this problem. i got a r33 gtst with a 3inch catback ex, FMIC, iridium plugs, K&N pannel filter, and a new o2 sensor. i thought it might be timming or the throttle position sensor. any way im taking it to Mercury Motorsports to get a SAFCII installed and get my timming and tune done. ill let u know how it goes once its done. im in brissy, does anyoneknow roughly how much it would cost for a EMU tune, or anyone that tunes them well.

hmmm, i had issues with my idle when i first got it, changed my oil and the problem seemed to go away but is now back again, im not sure if its the same problem or something similar. My car is as follows: S1 R33 GTST K&N panel filter FMIC Cat back exhaust button clutch i've got NGK irridium plugs, and have just done the filter and oil change (motul 8100 5w-40w), last week i changed my o2 sensor and now when the motor is cold it idles sweet, around 650rpm, but when its at op temp the idle drops to 500 then 350ish then goes between them in 4sec intervales. i touch the throttle when taking off at the lights and it stalls 2 out of 3 times, i pullup and BAM stall, , , WTF ? ! ? im gonna clean my AAC and my AFM, i havent had it tuned since i got it (1 yr ago), so it could be that. any ideas, Aif

mines shagged aswell, i got a a new motor from alljaps in brissy($125) but you have to make sure your switch hasnt shat itself coz your motor will burn out again, if your switch feels slack you need a new one, or to get one reconditioned. good lick mate, Aif

felt good, some of the roads near where i live are pritty rough and it handle nice and firm on the road (not hard like coilovers, and it wasnt like steering a sail boat). i dont know about the stock ride high i think that there was aboot 3 or 4cm's from the gaurd to the wheel? hope that helped Aif

for the last month i've been trying to get a drivers door window switch for my S1 r33, no one in qld has one and its gonna cost me 210 + gst for a nissan part(that will take a month for them to order). does anyone know if the switchs are interchangable with other nissans? (definates, not hear says) or does anyone in queensland have a working switch that they'd like to sell? (PM's welcome if u do) cheers

underground 2 is wicked good for drifting i give it 9 spuds.

if its just running rich, i've heard that changing your o2 sensor should reduce that rich fuel smell, or maybe get a gizzmo air/fuel controller i think u can pick them up from autobarn for about 300-400 bucks? My r33 is running rich so im gonna try the new sensor, let me know what results you get with what u end up doing. cheers mate, Aif
