VTEC comes in at about 4.5k RPM. Unless your turbo comes in after that, you should have more power before VTEC kicks in. And yeah, it was probably due to the displacement and supercharger.

Yeah, it's useful. Except when you want your windows down and car locked in a 'safe' environment. Then you have to override your alarm. There's normally a function for that, but I forgot how to do it on mine.

So you wanna gather more info here so that you can better market your products? Personally, I did go through the tyre thread 3 times, on top of some other research and opinions before buying mine. In the end I forked out a decent amount of money for a pair of Michelin Pilot Sports with PP2 in front. The improvements from the previous Potenza RE01 (non-R) is amazing. I would like to give 10 for all aspects but havn't really tried a great range of tyres in different conditions, and only use them for street, so my opinion ends here.

Personally, I think jap coilovers are fantastic, but only on the track and japanese roads. All the roads there are silky smooth. Even the suburbs. No potholes, nothing..Just nice smooth and flat roads.

I think that it's easier to control understeer than oversteer. So, better tyres behind. I'm just an amateur though.

Just put on Pilot Sport 2 at the rear and have so much power and grip now. Accelerate so much better than previous 4 yr old Potenza Re01.

Technology advances to make people's life easier. Car manufacturers are no doubt trying to move towards a driverless age. The newest S-class already has an automatic brake system. We have manual cars, then automatic transmissions came in. We have brakes, then ABS came in. We have manual winding mirror, then the motorised ones are invented. There's always a market for technology that makes cars easier and safer. If you don't want it, just don't buy it. It will save you alot of money too.
