Stagea Amplifier Mounting Suggestions
MRO replied to ssshonky's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I removed the space saver spare wheel and now carry a can of tyre fill/inlfator stuff. Amp and tools mount nicely in the spare wheel well. How far would you really drive on the space saver anyway? I couldnt fit it anywhere else without it being in the way when i wanted to fold the seats down - too much effort to unwire the amp and have live power cables lying around. -
TD05 is the standard WRX turbo - not the STI model.
-
I dont know much but pulling the fuse wont help and he will need a 4wd dyno - 2wd is no good. Someone will be able to tell you this in a more technical manner.
-
Thanks Chook. My japanese is a bit rusty. LOL
-
Hi - can someone check mine> i have some unusual options i am keen to confirm are all factory: 97 Stagea 6U900 WGNC34 030150 tHANKS
-
Tangles - i thought the pipes supplied would match up to the pipes used for the factory intercooler? Do you have pics of the Dayz bar trim up - i want to do this too as the number plate bracket seems to fill half of the opening.I was concerned it might weaken the front bumper too much and i was uncertain how i would mount the plate afterwards.
-
Good work Momo. I think it will bolt straight up but now you will be able to tell us all.
-
I am thinking about getting one of the new stealth cooling pro intercooler from Just Jap - see link below http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Co...94#entry3707494 They use the factory cooler pipes on a r33. Does anyone know/think they would match up to the Stagea factory pipes? If so it looks like an easy install!

I imported through Prestige Motorsport. I have heard lots of bad things said about these guys but my experience was very good and i am looking at importing another car through them. i imported my Stagea 1 year ago.

For Sale-r33 Front Calipers(used)
MRO replied to stagpower's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
I am not keen to argue so i have just cut a quote from the 'Stagea For Sale Rules' section, that may be relevant to this discussion: THE DO'S AND DONT'S OF THE SAU CLASSIFIEDS! Sellers 1. When starting a new thread, you must include a set price, or at the very least a ballpark figure that you are looking for. EOI's are not permitted If you want to know what they are worth have a quick browse on the general for sale section as these are regular items. Best of luck with the sale. i have upgraded to r33 brakes myself recently and think it is money well spent. Cheers MRO -
i think Just Jap sell these as well. Keen to see how it goes,

For Sale-r33 Front Calipers(used)
MRO replied to stagpower's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
For Sale adverts need to include price. Put them on ebay if you are fishing for bids. -
Postage on calipers wouldnt be too bad. Weight of the discs would not make it worthwhile i suspect.
-
Hi all Selling my brakes (calipers and discs, front and rear) from my 97 series 1 Stagea. All in good condition (still a bit dirty) other than the rear discs which will definately need a skim. I think the front pads are still good but the rears are gone. All working fine until i upgraded 2 months ago. Cheap at only $100 - pick up from Perth. PM me if you want them. Cheers Morgan
-
why not? i dont understand.
-
i just fitted r33 calipers and rotors - bolts up i think.
-
Buy mine instead. it is $1500 cheaper and has adjustable height suspension, Tannabe exhaust, factory leather, momo, no wood grain, dual sunroof and DAYZ kit.
-
Mark at C-Red in Perth installed a Emanage Ultimate (i think) into his wifes S1 Stagea about 2 months ago. He (and the wife) were raving about it - more power and better fuel economy. He has to mod the emanage wiring before it can be fitted. Give him a call if you want. I am probably going to get this done sometime soon. People will say things dont work but the best evidence is to see it in practice.
-
Greddy Emanage will work with the auto - set up and tune is about $1000 in Perth (not sure about elsewhere). This will maximise the benefits you get from more boost and better exhaust as well as improving fuel efficiency. If nobody buys my car in the next 3 months then i will be fitting one to my car.
-
Anyone interested? Immaculate condition and with all the good factory options.
-
You can buy mine for $12,500. If you want better fuel economy and more power i can get an GReddy Emanage fitted before delivery for an extra $1000. Check out my for sale add i post last week http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Fs...an-t200298.html . S1, Dayz prime edition, momo, leather, dual sunroofs, 100km, just jap front pipe, tanabe cat back exhaust, tein coilovers, tinted all round, r34 gtt rims. Immaculate. Been my daily driver and family wagon for 1 year and selling due to company car.

Spotted Unique1 at Motivation with his car covered in dust and grass from the motorkhana events. I missed seeing you at the supercruise and burnout comp on Sunday but the word on the another popular forum by a few members is that an r26 Stagea was ripping the best burnouts of the show! Good work!

got mine done inclduing camber bushes to fix up the back end at Wilkinson Suspension in Bayswater

Hello all I have finally decided to sell my stagea. i am getting a company car in March/April this year so have decided to sell the Stagea to make way for the new addtion. I have posted the car with pics in the for sale section; Link here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Fs...an-t200298.html I have enjoyed the driving it for the last year but work and family circumstaces have changed so looks like i will be getting into something different. Anyone interested in a quality car (Prime, Dayz kit, electic leather seats, factory momo - not woodgrain!, silver) with sensbible mods (exhaust, lowered, r34gtt rims, tint, stereo) then PM me.
