about to build mine! arias forged pistons spool conrods n1 oil pump metal head gasket and all the usual stuff! mine is auto so might have to mod gearbox at some stage!have highflow turbo on mine at the moment,rated at 260kw at the wheels!will hope to get around 340hp at the wheels and if not happy with power then will go for slightly bigger turbs!bottom should be rated at around 550hp at the wheels!being auto,the torque down low should be awesome!

do you have drivers side electric window motor mate?cheers

you cant just guess, you have to look at a few things to be certain!my has same problem,i changed turbos to a highflow,and the problem was still there,oil coming out the bleeder and oil in the intercooler pipes,find out it was the valve seals,in the process of building a strong rb30 bottom end with rb25 head!

looking at getting a 10000k hid kit for my 33 skyline in about two weeks,do think you will have some in two weeks,by the way,the highflow i bought of you is still going strong,will be going on a rb25/30 hybrid motor soon,with some nice forged pistons!

very interested in the neo block and bare head,how much would postage be to busso,so thats 400 all up for block and head!old mans a mech so fixing head would be no prob,how bad is damage to head,and is it worth fixing,thanks!

well said dude,mine has been on for about 14months,done 18k,not a problem,will be going on my rebuilt motor,hoping for 350hp at wheels!have new denso highflow fuel pump in car,will get 550cc injectors,motor will have forged pistions and good set of conrods,so dont have to worry about it when putting a even bigger turbo on it if turbo blows,which i think wont happen!

for sure,looks the same as my highflow from slide,that is a slide highflow for sure!mine has done about 19k,so thats proves that they last,very good top end!

interested for sure,tell us prices please,but i am still considering going for a stand alone ecu,overboost do a good ems ecu for 2k,with install and tune.also can people recommend good forged pistons,looking at arias,eagle or tomei,hope that is right spelling.will also be putting new conrods,injectors and metal head gasket with new bearings too.

i have seen in the past few months places that are starting to do remaps for r33 stock ecu's in the eastern states and some places selling the chip or motherboard for the computer like nistune and dr drift.i know hyperdrive can do remaps for 32's but not for 33's yet,i am considering getting a chip or buying the motherboard,just wondering if any one would tune it in perth and do a good job,i know hyperdrive are good.i am getting a new engine put in my 33 in the next few months,something thats has done 50k to 70k on it,i will be putting the tubo from my engine at the moment on my newish engine,the turbo is a highflow,rated at about 250-260kw at the wheels.i will be getting better injectors,fuel pump put on the new motor and z32 airflow meter,will be looking for a good tune for about 330hp at the wheels,my car is a auto so i dont want to push it too much,cheers.

good point!but i think both have advantages,externals are better for boost control and internals are good because you dont need to modify anything major!!depends if this highflow turbo lasts,which i think it will but you never know.

just wondering peoples opinions on both,i plan to rebuild my rb25 next year with some good internals,i have a highflow turbo on my car at the moment!just tossing up to keep the current turbo,which could quite easily get 350hp at the wheels or save a bit more and get a bigger turbo and put a custom manifold and a external gate on it!just want peoples opinions on it!

i have had my slide highflow on my car for about 10 000 ks now,no problem yet!!sorry to hear about the problems people are having with these turbos! my engine needs a rebuild now anyway,will be putting in some good forged pistons and conrods in!will now maybe consider putting a bigger turbo on,will diffnately be garrett!these problems are not good,but some guys have really good luck with highflows,one of the guys in the rb25 power dyno section got 263kw at the rear wheels with the same turbo i got from slide,the max oversize one,so it seems weird that these problems are happening to these turbos,maybe the rush that they had with orders at the start of this year made the people that do the turbos make mistakes with the rush,but that should not happen!!i was lucky i got my turbo before the rush!

just put a down payment on some speedy infreno,18x8 in the front and 18x9 in the back,they are a gloss black with polished lip and with a huge dish on the back rim and a nice dish on the front,good thing is that they are made in australia and the usa!total package will be 1900 with tyres,i reckon that is a goood price!

just a question,love your car by the way i also have a 33 gts-t with the speedy rims on your car,did you have to put a spacer in the front to clear the brake caliper,the reason i am asking is i am interested in getting the envys for my car,in hyper sliver or gunmetal grey in 18s.some people have said they will fit and other said they wont.
