You should put it on the Dyno again but run it in 4th Gear instead of 3rd.
If it was my car i would be putting it on E85 and throwing a heap more timing at it, that should sort it out
For a basic set up like your doing there is no need to spend much cash on boost control
get one of these.....

yeah Hubs tend to read very high. for example my car has made 411kw on that same dyno with the same turbo as you. 320-330kw would be more realistic for your set-up.
stock 25NEO

Blits Return flow cooler.
As paulr33 said. the exhaust will be a restriction before the cooler pipes will be..
I remember reading some where that it has been done before and worked...
but as nismoid said traction control is useless when you start making a decent amount of power
leave it out imo...
see is you can get your hands on another ecu and try that, i had the same problem and tried every thing only went away when i got a new ecu.... its worth a try.
the whole point is that a 3076 cant push enough air to make 400rwkw.
and its very misleading to forum users that think they can go out and get a 3076 and make 400rwkw its just not goint to happen. its a 300rwkw turbo with E85 you can get 340-350rwkw out of them thats about it.
so you really think your car is makining 397rwkw on a HUB dyno with STP correction?
considering HUBs dont even read rwkw and STP is the highest correction there is, it would realistically make 310-320rwkw on a mainline dyno.
my dyno run was a 7sec run from memory. maybe 10 not 100%.....
they will last as long as you dont go limiter bashing and starving the bottom end from oil whch the rb's are know for
we should get the 2 graphs over-layed easy to do since they are making the same power.
but
3000rpm yours 60kw mine 95kw
3500rpm yours 85kw mine 140kw
4000rpm yours 130kw mine 240kw
5000rpm yours 310kw mine 410kw
i know what i would rather
