Thanks I had big plans for the car msyelf, but there's not much point hanging onto it with no license. Someone else with a bit of spare time will have some fun with it though.

I'm looking to sell my Series II 1996 R33 Skyline - it's been serviced at Trojan Motorsport and has a few neatly done modifications. The interior is in near perfect condition and overall the car drives well. - Silver - RB25DET with Standard Turbo - Apexi power intake - Intercooler Kit - Aftermarket Exhaust (3") - Federal RS tyres (will need to be replaced soon) - 147,000 k's - Currently I have the sideskirts removed for a cleaner look, however I will include 2 different sets (stock and aftermarket). Onto the bad things... The clutch has started slipping (although the car is still perfectly drivable),and the right rear strut needs replacing. There is some cracked paint on the roof and where the old side skirts used to be. The front bar is also cracked and damaged. The head unit has some issues but still works fine. I have a brand new pioneer head unit I was going to install that you can have for $200. I've just lost my licence and can't organise to get these things fixed, so I'm putting the price at $7,500 ONO. I just checked out all the plugs in the engine bay and everything seems fine. However when I let the off the throttle and the revs drop, sometimes I hear a faint crackling noise coming from the back of the engine bay, it almost sounds like electricity arcing, but I can't be sure. It only lasts a second and I can't find the source of it.

Thanks, now that you mention it my battery is getting a bit old. The car needed a jump start after leaving the radio on for only 5-10 minutes. Do you think this could be the cause? I've mentioned this to a few people but they seem to think it's unrelated. Nope, car is pretty close to stock.

When I stop accelerating the revs drop to about 400 then if it doesn't stall it hunts around then climbs back up to 800-1000 after a few seconds.

Hey guys, Over the last week my car has developed a pretty bad stalling problem. It cuts out while slowing down for traffic lights or when pulling into the driveway. Then last night when driving I could smell something burning, about 30 seconds later the car cut out while still going 60km/h Other info which might be relevant... - my exhaust manifold was replaced about 2 weeks ago - the problem is worse when the aircon is on Any help would be appreciated thanks

Thanks I took 3 photos (underexposed, normal, overexposed), and used an app called photomatix to merge them together. I could never get HDR's to work in Photoshop, but it's pretty easy with photomatix.

First time trying some HDR photography... Any tips would be appreciated

I might head out to the same spot next weekend and give it a go I'll post the pic here.

Hi sau, My top radiator hose pipe keeps splitting or falling off because the manifold inlet pipe has corroded away. I'm pretty sure this was caused by a blocked radiator I had a few months ago. What's the best way to fix this? Do I need to replace the manifold, or can another pipe just be welded on? I can upload pics tonight if needed. Thanks

Spotted a silver 33 gtr on tuggeranong pkwy and a black 33 gts-t on sulwood drv. Also spotted a back 33 gtr racing a bike on friday night.

I waved at a silver r33 gtr turning onto athlon on Saturday but didn't get a wave back. Also gave a wave to a silver 33 on the tuggeranong parkway around 9pm sunday night.

I had exactly the same problem a few weeks back. I replaced my old iridium spark plugs with new NGK platinums, and the problem was fixed instantly.

2 black r33's at the hindmarsh/namatjira intersection last night 1 white r33 (possibly gtr, it was dark) on melrose drive last night 1 black r33 turning into cooleman court woolworths carpark today
