  4. well aint that amazing hehehe, sorry had a blonde moment
  5. do iridiums have some sort of coating on them too?
  6. that might explain why his car started to misfire again. as much as i'd love to pretty much never replace my spark plugs if i used platinums, but it think it just aint worth it, also does anyone know if platinums and iridiums work well in the r33/32s with australias 98 octane limited fuel as opposed to the 102 in japan?
  7. i have noticed the difference between power of the spark of coppers to platinums, my car and a mates car were misfiring a lil on full boost, we both regapped our new plugs (mine copper his platinum) to 0.8 both cars ran great, but after a few months his developed a miss again? coppers are sweet
  8. is it a re-oil type filter, if so may have oil residue on the element in your afm, do a search on faulty afm's, spark plugs, ignitor modules, coil packs, dirty fuel etc hehehe sorry not too general is it
  9. was this car on springvale rd last week some time? (the monster gtst that is) if it was this did not sound like a car, more like one of those tie fighters from star wars
  10. just an idea, check out this accusump, i thought it was a great idea www.accusump.com
  11. 3800 is a killa, but on the brighter side if things your car is an absolute peach!!! nice car HKSgtst
  12. good luck paying for your insurance for newer turbz, it aint cheap
  13. ethonal isnt, and neither is liquid paper
  14. good link Squizz
  15. so how much more noticable is the power or response? and would you just be using it for track days etc? coz toluene does evaporate in your tank within a short ie. would last a full tank
  16. i suppose it depends what mixtures you use but i wouldnt use it, just wait a while until the new 102 rated octane fuel comes to oz
  17. This Toluene hardens rubber, not really corodes but this means you have a higher chance of your fuel lines to crack
  18. if there was a problem with oil pressure or starving the engine of oil wouldnt the engine overheat also?
  19. How much if you dont mind me asking? and that power is insane, very good
  20. A mate of mine has one with an RB25DET dumped in it, he was looking to sell it last time i saw him, i'll find out for you if interested. Congrats rhett on the 32 sounds nice, just a question, how long did it take all up to get it here? and then on road? i remember when i was waiting for my 33 i was fully depressed for about 3 weeks coz things kept takin longer and longer ie. waiting for compliance plates and shiat cheers
  21. if your willing to take your extractors off that is
  22. while your at it get your extractors and the rest ceramic coated inside and out, probly cheaper and more effective than wrapping your cooler pipes
  23. right on its the only way to be on time or just a little late to work rather that an hour late every day hahaha i have the same lateness disease
  24. There are these small stand alone sumps called accusump that connects to the oil sump/lines on your car that gives and takes oil pressure when needed, eg on start up you have no oil pressure or vice versa and the accusump detects this and adds or takes pressure, reduces engine wear and has a turbo speceific model also. check it out: www.accusump.com im not sure if they are sold in or to australia i just was told bout this website
