personly i would have gone the RB30DETset up cause u have bigger capacity = more tourque and power, just use u'r RB25 head with or with out VCT and work that would cost a lot less and be as relierble (i.e put forgys in it).

hey guys im going to have some R31 DBA sloted disc for sale soon as im going to be doing a gts brake up grade. they will also come with disc teck pads which have being very good. disc have done less then 10,000km and seen to track days. im after $230 for the lot. i will machine the disc before sending them to who every buys them. will all so have the front calipers for sale @ $50. im loctaed in the northen suburbs of mebloure please pm me intrest chears brentt

Yokaharma a drive r1 225/45 R17 dry: 6 wet: n/a (no rain yet) over all: 5/10 cost me $1200 for the set and i ant very happy esperly after giveing it some at calder im now finding that even with a slipping gear box im still getting wheel spin on the street, and at calder i had very little traction. so i probably wont buy them agan

hey guys. just a quicky thanks cheez for helping me mate :sorcerer: i owe u one. the meet point has changed REF 1 post to new point. its only apx 3 min from todd road but is bigger. and coupe this i think u will find a reason to come chears brentt

i went and it was blood good fun for the price say apx $70 for the day. had some fun with the hot laps. got to 165km/h down the front straight. as for the holden ford hoons baiscly anything thats wasn't a v8 was buring the tyers. (were ever poserble.) however was a very good day and grate value for money no one was stupid or behaved in stuipd mannor (minues one who left after doing a burnout in the car park ). and only one car got smashed it was a supra hit the tyre wall on the 2nd last cnr after spinning apx$5500-$7000 damage.

if u guys live in vic go down to calder park one friday night and let us know how u go.

yea as u stated earlerin the post cheez thier is better chance of better weather on the 7ht compared to the 28th thats why it will be the 7th. stop points on the way there will be geelong, lorne, apllo bay.and on the way back im still working on it. chars brentt

thanks guys, witht the build i was going to use a motec m800 ecu (when i get the money) and also potenterly put nos in to the build that was my reason for the forged pistons. it is becomeing very hard to find a full rb25de head with loom and comp. thats why i was concidering the rb25det head and now i know i can get rid on vct i might use it. thanks agan brentt

hey im looking at doing a twin cam convertion to my RB30e i just wona know besides ecu whats the diffrence between a RB25DE and RB25DET (minus the VVT) cause one of my friends has a 33 with a 25DET and is going to put in a RB26DETT so i was gona see i can get the eng of him and put it on mine. i know the comp will be lower and ill be getting forgys any way when i do the build. im stick to na this is why im asking about the DET head chears brentt
