  2. if you lowered the comp on your nismo built L28, mate it would hammer most V8's... with 14psi through it of course...
  3. What are Hero's? Never heard of em. Im needing to replace my fronts after serious flatspotting in tamworth... fken dog started chasing us on a 110km stretch of road, with a semi-trailer coming at us head on... the thump thump thump is driving me nuts
  4. Cool! Partay at Dr Josh's place! Got room for a tent?
  5. Theres some fronts on ebay at the moment http://cgi.ebayitemZ360227474644 if your going gravel bashing, there is a hilux insert that is well suited, gives 2 inches of lift. i cant remember the part number though
  6. You sir, are a f*kwit.
  7. theres a rebuilt 20det 5 speed in the forsale section for $500
  8. There is a fella in Adelaide, www.garage7.com he sells KYB Excell shocks, for $119 a pair...
  9. CHeers for tha, i remember Nubco when I was in Hobart... I scored a pile of 90 deg 2.5 inch silicone bends, real good too. REAL good price.... now for clamps!! i do need a 2 inch to 2.5 reducer though
  10. R31 rears definitly fit, i have them in mine now
  11. this map ECU seems interesting, is it a full replacement or a piggyback?
  12. im a bit confused, was this originally a non- turb? or was it just converted to 4 stud??? frekkin sweet car though, you couldnt build one for this much.
  13. Seen this in real life... looks new! good luck selling!
  14. Just thought to roll it out there , Who is thinking of rolling up to the Skyline Nationals this September (10, 11, 12) There are heaps of threads across the forums etc, but nothing on Classic Skyline specifics! Im hopeing to bring the R30 Hatch along.
  15. the first diagram is what my mate had with his RB30et we built a few years back. moving the afm to AFTER the cooler was the best thing we did... and nigel... hose clamp details mate! (your bits are getting packaged over the weekend)
  16. sahweet! pics!!! i think i know the car too, went from brissy to melb about 2 years ago, some pics buried somewhere on boostcruising.
  17. im 100% sure they work. also the CA20 items work too. funny cos my number 2 is pissing, but im getting the whole lot replaces with 270cc hosetails for my turbo setup
  18. the oz rear disk setup which includes the trailing arm (has the hubs &brackets all on it)gets pinched for the datto 1600/180b crew so i guess its possible to put it in what you have... but do you already have rear disks? i confused! i do have one here, but im hopeing to keep it for future adjustable setup im more than happy to get measurements and pics for you
  19. i think that if an extra puff of air went past the AFM off throttle it would lean out to buggery. i think do it AFTER the afm... and yes close to the turbine to help keep it spinning BUT if its a big 'dose' of air it may go back through the afm anyway.... good point you have there...
  20. what looks like when it is plumbed into the manifold is the external wastegate. very similar in design and operation the outlet of the BOV needs to vent to an un-pressureised section of the piping, if it is venting to a boosted pipe, it aint gonna do too much at all.... How noddle has his is ideal. Radiator hose is good for connecting to the outlet of the bov too... BTW noddle, those hose clamps look tough as... where did you source them from? and what DIA pipe are you useing? i just orded a stack of 2.5 inch, hope its not TOO big
  21. JH pm sent RE: condensor
  22. im keen too, just waiting for my cooler pipes and joiners and the 52kW figure should hopefully dissapear!
  23. I am wrecking a 4 door hatchback currently. Shipping will be a killer though. front panels are spoken for, basically all that is of use to you is the front stone tray and the doors?
  24. Top stuff mate! Will be looking GREAT for the Skyline Nationals in September!
  25. SSS Automotive in Sydney will be able to help you out/ They are in Giraween or something. And those bits your looking for are some of the most sought after parts that R30 nuts look for, so it aint gonna be cheap. Tail lights, expect $300 Bonnet about $200 plus. Filler panel, I have seen em go for $200 plus Head lights, I have seen for $300 a pair, and thats CHEAP. OR in rare occasions someone will sell a complete setup for cheap.
