4 door mainly cos of the kids factor in the next year or 3 Tiptro cos my clutch foot (left) is pretty much shattered from field exercise with the army at the start of the year! I can drive manual, but no longer than an hour , and after that it just swells up for the next 24 hrs or so.... farkin shithouse! It looks to be permanent so tiptro it is for the meantime. I drove a 2000 mod stagea (tiptro) and didnt mind it at all, stagea was friggin heavy though! Like a boat. Its either an R34 or a GT Subaru Forester...

Also i think if you download the RDA or DBA or whatever brake catalogue, take note of the R31 rear disk sizes and other details, see if a disk from another vehicle or make within the catalogue will match. I vaguely remember Peugeot may have a similar size slotted and vented disk that can be machined down to suit. As for R31's there is so much that has been done or can be done it isnt funny, but you are the FIRST ive seen GTR rims on, looks GREAT! If youre after some fun here is a good recepie for 190rwkW: Darkhalf ECU Remap (search the R31 site) ebay stainless highmount manifold t3/t4 hybrid turbo, enzed oil lines (very easy) VL turbo injectors 3 inch exhaust ebay intercooler, custom pipes and joiners all can be done on a stock block and internals no worries, just make sure the oil supply is good, and all ther electrics are good we put it all on a mates car in Vic in 6 hours, was a most enjoyable trip home!

Problem is, its in Melbourne (I have actually found one than im very keen on) Can anyone please add comments or anything that will help me look for problem areas or issues? Main reasons for purchasing an R34: Nice for long drives, good looks, good power, not 20 years old like R32's, and not as common as R33's Comparable economy to commhoore or falcon, The Rb25det NEO is a much better platform to mod from Im not going to build a balls out track waepon, just a nice daily with some good takeoff ability and overtaking on the way to syd etc Please any posts are welcome!

are you referring to the gearbox to diff? or the diff to wheels? if diff to wheels, the shafts from a Z31 300zxt are bulletproof (from import wrecker) also plenty of custom places can make them, also the subaru WRX gear is VERY similar and can be adapted with some research or experience GCG make some of the best turbos available, and can pur something together to suit the stock manifold bolt pattern with your choice of front housing and turbo trim somr GTR 440cc injectors should be alright, normally take the total HP aimed for and add 20% and it gives you the MINIMUM cc's... very basic guide Adaptronic make an excellent ECU, is aussie made, and hass all the features of a $3000 motec or similar. but a shitload more affordable (like $1500 tuned and installed) I can point you in the right direction of someone who has one, they may be interested in getting the tune copied as a basepoint S13 coilivers should get some that are height adjustable, problem solved There arent any R30 parts specialists in australia, but importmonster have some good links to yahoo japan, you can get HEAPS of good stuff SSS in Sydney accasionally bring in a frontcut or 2
