New - R34 2.5" Split Dump Pipe
Factory 5 replied to RusH_'s topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
I will take it if you can drop it off to Carindale/Carina... Especially keen if it comes with some JDM style stickers too! -
the brakes have pissed themselves all over the garage floor! at least it will keep the cockroackes at bay for a bit and they are truly FFFFAAAARRRRKEKEEDDD, only real way to slow down is knock it into reverse and feather the clutch before the house gets flattened

pity you dont have a hatchback! so easy its not funny... takes 10 minutes each side, just take off the speaker cover, nuts away....

im thinking about the show and shine... but with the few scrqatches and goofy 80's looks i might try and get a bit of 'bosozuku' stylin happening on its guts and zip ties an dstckers an stupid exhaust and lights any pointers?

im a wedgie fanb too... fiat X19 and nissan exa turbo... -
I too have seen the above mentioned, ver sneeki the black SS VE ute followed me for a bit the other day, had 2 short blond haired 40yo butch looking females in it... blergh! in melbourne there was a VW transporter with a boosted 5 cyl engine, had roof racks and plumbers pipe on the roof... in sydney apparently they can use impounded vehicles, as well as P plates proven when i saw a guy get pulled over in a VT 2000 model VT SS coomonhore, with green p plates! If they REALLY wanted to do some damage... use AU Falcon taxis with 400kW typhoon F6 running gear

Hey adam! Still keen to purchase, just need to recover from few things etc.

there are a few really dodgey (like stock injectors/ecu/locked dissy and "she'll be right") L24 turbo setups out there, so it really comes down to what angine management is running it, and who put it together a stock '82 MR30 will go for maximum $1000 to $1500 for a good one (registered), if you add a turbo setup to that (could be another $500 to $1000 depending what it is) so $2500 is my estimate. any pics or more details on whats running it? stock brakes and diff? Ti spec or povo S pac ?? as for performance, with a stock ECU and injectors 110kW at the rears (by young josh from adelaide), in a L20et stagefumer got 120kW on bigger injectors and a few extra goodies I would say 130 to 150kW in a PROPER setup (aftermarket ECU, good piping/cooler/exhaust/dump)

Factory 5 replied to Smooth_Garage's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)

You will find an auto Ti amongst the 'gangsta' and 'dorifto cops' here --->http://forum.r31skylineclub.com/index.php?board=26.0 and for all you technical data and stuff http://wiki.r31skylineclub.com/index.php?title=Main_Page and finally (good info here) http://wiki.r31skylineclub.com/index.php?title=Buying_guide Ive been around a few R31's built a few RB30e+t etc, and for what you pay for them these days you really cant go wrong. the pick of the bunch would be a white Ti with grey trim, white cos it dont fade and easy to repair, and grey trim cos the brown looks like shit, literally.... plus the Ti has better sound deadening, better stereo, better brakes, and all electrics ast you previosuly stated. easily found from $1000 to $3000 for a nice one, could pay up to $5000 for one all modified and possibly turboed the sillhoette (or however its spelt) is a nice ride too, does feel sportier what town/state are you in and I might be able to help source a good example for you and be careful, as they are known to hoons and 'drift heads' and 'fuuly sik skidz bro' type people, so there are MANY thrashed and trashed vehicles out there (good for parting out and getting repair panels off etc!) The RB30e is one of the toughest engines nissan ever made, im pretty sure the blocks were made in dandynong vic with australias high quality metals back in the eighties..... the only reason i dont own one is I have an R30 (the version beforehand) and it handles better than an R31 due to the R30's independant rear suspension, the Australian R21's have live axel rear end... similar to a hilux (very strong, good for towing)

this site s kinda lame, but shitcans of info and pix go right through this http://project240k.com/ particularly http://www.project240k.com/index.php?optio...9&Itemid=29 Considering the scope of the engine upgrades planned for the car, i had started to do some research into how i could get some traction out of the car. For this, i figured i needed an LSD differential. My two main options were to either try and find an R180 LSD (R180 is the standard Differential for the 240K) or to find an R200 LSD differential. The R200 is huge in comparison to the R180, and comes in 2 versions, the Longnose R200, used in 260Z's and import R31 Skylines, and the short nose R200; in most 90's nissan performance cars (Skyline, 200SX etc.). LSD 180's and long nose R200's are really hard to find, with many going for over $1200 second hand (and with no guarentee of working), and although short nose R200's are wasier and cheaper to find, it wasn't clear how easy it would be to fit the LSD core between a short nose and long nose (afterwards, i found this great site: I managed to track down an open R200 Differential from a 260Z relatively cheaply, whilst it isn't LSD, i can worry about that minor detail later. The long nose R200 fitted really well in place fo the R180, with the only modification required being a custom moustache bar for the rear. The R200 i bought took uni-joint half shafts, and i will look into converting these to CV's later on (for more power handling) http://www.project240k.com/index.php?optio...7&Itemid=34

if you have a power steering box, take some pics and send em my way... I know of a few reco ones, and a few others getting put together Steering Rebuilds Australia in melbourne quote $495 full rebuild and includes the $295 genuine nissan rebuild kit (gears, bearings seals etc) theres another fella in nsw but he's hard to track down, about $350 full rebuild
