  1. hunterman... you already got a weapon!!!
  2. top stuff... long live the FJ!!!
  3. im thinking that mitchy has gone with a Jap streeter style, in which rubber stretching is pretty common.... the engine is nuts, the coar looks liek youve put some effort into it, the sparcos are sweet.. but from a practicality point of view stretched rubber is a 'looks' thing. im sure that if you were to take this to a track or strip, you might not be running this rim/rubber combo as shown today at wakefield, street tyres start to disintegrate and go soggy, eventually loosing 2 sec per lap on average this stretched tyre thing is for style and looks period... on a looks standpoint congrats! as your an ACT drver by the looks of things I might end up seeing this in the flesh from the last pic they dont look THAT extreme!
  4. i has drinks many waht is going on there on sunday? i hasto go to some pumkin festival at collector, so i mayswell make the most of it and go checkout wakie whil im up that area(ish) if its just formula v or something then im not interested.... but can someone let me know please? sorry for this drunken posts will probbly read this later nd thimk what a dumabrs... fkuc i am so gorne its lame , meh im having fun! celebrating getting a job woohoo 1111 111.... der i mean !!!!!!!!
  5. damn cheap for what it is.... pity about the panelwork good luck selling it though!
  6. bloody hell thats nice.... Im a R30 lover, but for HR31's this is a ripper!!!
  7. im pretty sure s13 silvia strut tops can be used? SWR will be able to find some for ya, ol stewie seems to be able to get anything... Nissco on Halbert street bayswater (Vic) are also a good bunch, just call em and ask 0397614743 just mention what you got, what you want and off they go.... with the DR suspension, im pretty sure the caliper bolt spacing is the 100mm, which means the r32 blah blah brakes will bolt on, but with the non floating hub, it needs to be put on a lathe and the disk part choppped of, then the rest of it turned down so it will fit inside a s13 or r32 or varada/volvo... friggen heaps of different types of disks. the datspport tupe setup will work, but relly overpriced so basically, DR30 hub machined to fit in new disk, bigger 2 pot calipers (if you have the right caliper moutnign bolt spacing) get the disks new from RDA/DBA... slotted onecs seem to be good, new pads too!!! strut braces in the front and back towers will help, along with a 'mid floor brace' as seen on the jenesis site 16x7 tyres will be good, 225's on the rear make a HUGE difference the R31 front swaybar makes alot of difference too (BOLTS STRAIGHT IN, 30 min job at most and CHEAP), i noticed less body roll (up front) and more reponsive in corner to corner handling... it does make the rear roll more, but that as i have got 25 year old stock soggy MR30 springs... should change once i get something else sorted
  8. i got a spare VG30 here if youre interested nigel... will go get pics and start new thread for ya

  13. D-Limo Can you: get the exhaust, wrap it in some packing tape to secure it together, then wrap it in a few meters of clingwrap Get the dimensions (length, width, height) Get the weight and pass these all onto me... (incl your postcode & suburb) will be getting a quote from busfreight with this information Then I will see how much they will charge to get it here! If all else fails, I'll get my brother from carina to pick it up. Have you got anything else M/D/HR30 related you loking at selling?
  14. looking good.... SO jealous theres a banged up DR30 in vic with GTSII rims on it... if i get som cash together one day in might be a goer... one day
  15. Is the adaptro still there? Im still waiting on the friggen govt money I can do a deposit if you like
  16. im pretty sure some sort of adaptor will be needed to mate the r32 rails to the saas seat. i have a saas seat, but havent got the adaptor, need some custom gear made up...

  18. fook it was cold....... im recovering from a bug i got that night i reckon. anyone have a cold or anything??? well THANKS A HEAP.... im neva pashing sau members again... especially corolla drivers
  19. get some pics up, and the actual model number as there are heeps of differend R30's DR30 has FJ20 turbo engine, HR30 has L20et, Aussie MR30 has 2.4lt 6 in it, Sth Afrika has 2.8 in it, jap r30 can have even a carby ca18 need more details and remember the only person that would pay that much for it will be an absolute enthusiast, as they usually go for $400 to $2000 they just arent anything special these days to the average car nut, heaps of potential though
  20. hey nigel any progress or updates????
  21. hey im about to buy a Ti MR30, it has a disk brake rear end if your keen on some sort of a cash adjustment??? im pretty sure it can be used fairly easily on your car, the caliper brakets bolt on from the earlier R30's, but i think they are weld on in the later models? and as for driving home in the rain like that, i hit a duck at 80km/h and it went through the windscreen, (passenger side) so i went45km with half a windscreen.. was deaf when i got home though
  22. yeh i'll come around for a gday.... anyone got a guard roller??? or know of one!!!!!! im loving havign 225's but they are 55 profile, i need a lees profile or roll the lips in my guards
