    Hey man what about a Vinyl Wrap? Gettign to be a fairly common thing these days, you can get the whole thing covered in a solid colour and no one would kno the difference! I do know someones FJ track car in outer Syd may benefit from your carbon item though....

    Ive only seen one ever, white CA18s engine (4 cyl carbie) was pretty ordinary condish... I always thought the Nissan Bluebird shares similar dimensions and features.... wouldnt be too much of a head fk to transplant the R30 guards and bonnet onto....

    Save time and money, absolutly get one of them rebuilt. If you are saavy with tools there are rebuild kits available online, sometimes ebay.uk Also theres a high chance another vehicle modle shares the same parts , or same rebuild kit. If your upgrading to bigger and better, some units have vertical bolt spacing or horiz. So make sure u get the right one!

    I am looking at picking up a set of struts this weekend to test if the components fit the R30, I will let you know what happens. good point about the overall cost of replacement parts too. Didnt even think of that! I was at one point looking at Commodore Caliper and 'insert unknown' deisks, just it was too much fugging around to get the right disk. Commo parts are cheap as too...

    bored at work lunch time bump...... My other hobby is my lawnmower project! Just finished it. Itsa Victa, and goes like stink. (has velocity stack and K&N filter!!!) thinking of a suck-tru turbo system for next project....

    Im in the same boat, the triangle rubber thingy behind the mirror. The munted one is at a place getting looked at, they say they may be able to reproduce them (although I guess checking teh nissan warehouse is easier!) If you find some let me know

    There are some really crappy ones about too, be careful! Cheapies are often cheap for a reason. Mine is a POS and if I had the cash Id throw it out and get something better!

    I do have a spare R30 Ti steering wheel, will see what nic its in and get back to you. From memory the grip a bit 'twisty' and needed epoxy or something squirted in it to fix it back together..... would be fine for passing pits i guess....
