dude im not a work shop but i think it will probly cost ya around about $280 - $300.

its a 3inch pipe so you need to get a 3 inch to 2 inch rubber silicon to make it fit.

the rails are r33 ones but from what i have been told should fit r32 r33 and r34 i dont know how true this is. dont take my word. here is a pic of the seats.
