Im selling my 1989 R32 GTR, engine has a dropped valve - so will need a rebuild, it's registered til Jan 07 and besides the motor, it's all good. I bought this car pretty much as is so not too sure about somethings. But I know it looks tough and went hard - below are the details.
Price Drop: $13,900ono
Condition: Good condition, spoiler has paint cracks and front left fender has no shine left but other than that no looks problems. seats are in perfect nic, no cracks in the plastic/dash/etc. all electircs work. no rust - there is an AC problem though?
Engine: RB26DETT (off course) dropped valve needs rebuild (approx $5 - $6k+)
Turbos: 2 x new last year - slightly larger but sorry I don't know what they are exactly - will try and find out.
BOV's: 2 x Bee*r one set for low boost and one high
Intercooler: all HKS plumbing, not sure which brand (HKS?)but bigger intercooler
Gearbox: 5 spd - good cond - not notchy, standard clutch I think
Diffs: Standard, no problems. torque splits well.
Brakes: front standard everything, back standard calipers and cross drilled rotors
Wheels: 17" - Japanese Brand? - good rubber
Exhaust: 3" + HKS Super Drager muffler
Suspension: Tein coil overs (Handles like a go kart!)
Steering Wheel: Bee*r (no that's not a NOS button in the pics - it's the horn)
Dash: Veilside 340kmph
Other: Turbo timer, HKS boost controller, CD/MP3, alarm/imobiliser
Performance: 12.54sec at Kwinana on street tyres and lots of wheel spin.
