Hoping someone here can help. I am planning on buying an imported car that hasn't been registered in Australia yet. Was wondering is there was any way to do a credit check on the car and see if it has been stolen??

Really need help. I'm only new to the skyline/turbo scene. My r33 gts-t auto wont boost over around 3. Have been told that it is supposed to kick to 7 after about 4500rpm but only stays at 3 and sometimes drops to about 2.5. Would appreciate some help.
