Well I can tell you now. When i got my flywheel machined on the clutch change, the guy told me he had to machine the absolute shit out of mine because it was dirty as. The car had been revved to 7,000 rpm (or just under) plenty of times after and felt alot better than when I first bought the car.

I got pulled over once and lost my licence (drinky drinky). It only takes once, so if you been bugged constantly every week or havent been bugged for 4 years, if you are doing 1 thing wrong they will get you for it. I suppose theres alot of reputation for hooning and undertaking in illegal and un-roadworthy modifications but that goes with the territory of owning your car. But what did you expect? The Government makes money off of people like us for that reason.

i got pulled over for speeding, cop gave me a talking to and a warning and said next time hell defect me no matter how stock my car was. i got pulled over 2 months later and now i dont have a licence. ill get it back very very soon though then ill rejoin the cruises lol.

Take this for example, if you have a computer, get a security DVI card off ebay, ~20-40 bucks, get a camera, ~80-400 bucks (depending on brand, quality), hook it all up, set it in right position, record only when picture is moving, and you have a valuable asset. Immobiliser/Car Alarm, I have a Viper, cost me ~400 dollars, ~600-700 retail. ~150 installation. This is a last resort pretty much, last line of defence. Fuses. You can take out more than a few or just 1 fuse that will make sure your car does not move from its position via engine. Ask people via pm. Dont skimp out. Dont let people tell you "This is the best for your money" cause maybe the money you have isnt good enough, save up a bit more. its like insurance.

btw, if you are going to go for a car yard go to synergy cause if you have a look there 90 percent of the cars are clean as good condition vehicles.
