  13. Hey, I've been looking around the forums for 3 days over the long weekend for a solution to my major security problem now with my car. My driver side window refuses to go upright and is stuck in the down position. At first I thought it was the switch assembly and I opened that up and tried to find dry solder joints or cracks in solder but could not find any, also, I have control over everything else with it except my driver window, and whenever I try to use it I hear a clicking noise coming form the motor. I suspect its the motor, but in the past I've had to mess around with the drivers side window switch for around 2-3 seconds before it decides to go up, and putting the window down was not an issue, just putting up the window was an issue. Ive seen an article in the DIY section to fix the relays dry solder joints but the relay is not where it is in the S2 like those pictures of the S1.... where is the relays for the driver window located in a series 2? Anyone? Regards, Paul.
  14. BUAHAHHAHAHA USED ANOTHER GUYS DYNO SHEET TO SELL HIS CAR AHHAHAHAHAHHA OMG... ive sent that to so many of my mates looking for S15s.
  15. im back into bf2 after a couple of months of haitus (got bored). interest has grown again and I hate bf2142.
  16. You can't go wrong with Midnight Purple 3. Love that color on GTRs. I'm getting a paint job toward end of this year, going to go Orange with gold flake or a Orange with a red overlay/pearl for that sunset effect. But if I want to keep it looking "stockish" but still "sexy" midnight purple is the go.
  17. if worse comes to worse deluxe, come to my place not far from sinistas (closer to holden hill) and u can switch over ur rims onto my car for the time being, my cars not moving from X location because drivers side window is buggered and I've got auto electrician coming to my house within the next 2 weeks.
  18. if u drop the clamps in use a snake to get them out, and if u ask me what species ur a dum shit...
  19. What you on?
  20. Some of us dont like nissansilvia.com drift-spek tempo mods to our coil-packs, so new ones or splitfires will do. Splitfires are the ultimate choice and if you have damaged coil-packs I strongly recommend them. They ARE the best descision for a long term fix IMHO.
  21. For those of you who are going to install the Walbro yourself: When you take off the plastic nut, make sure you dont use a flat head screwdriver that is sharp and new you will f**kup the nut. When you use the filter that came with the pump you'll notice it is significantly smaller than the drop down in tank floaty type one that the stock pump uses. Installing the one supplied by walbro will result in 1/4 tank issues and even 1/3 tank issues if you dont mount the bracket low enough... Don't fret though. Walbro have seemingly placed a nice little nubby next to the suck hole to slip the stock drop down type filter right on the end of the pump and you will be able to use it on the stock assembly without modding too much (maybe a cable tie or a rubber sleeve). When you mount the assembly back into the tank, make sure that you do so carefully and slowly and clear any tools from the fuel tank opening beforehand. If you use a torch and get a mate to help u out to point it at the mounting bracket on the side of the tank dead ahead of you, you will see it has a seperator to which the fork on the top of the mounting bracket goes over for it to slip on to. If you positioned the drop in tank filter on the Walbro correctly you will find it slides right down to the bottom and, as ive tested, it sucks right to empty. good luck.
