  1. Thanks Dean man, yer I got it runnin at 0.70 Bar now (lowest it will go???)... I'll organise a dyno run this week sometime or early next week, I should get my FMIC next week too.
  2. black32. ignorance sometimes is bliss and i wish i ignored myself on that one lol. i like blue tho.
  3. I like blue... so sue me. but my rocker covers are gonna be farkin red as. i guess i just want it looking kinda newish buy not stokish. i realise if the cops pull me over and look under the hood theyll get me to regency on suspect of having mods so i might aswell do it so i get a bit of "what the f**k" expresiion out of them too and try and tape the event.
  4. wat looks like an ECU and resides in the boot above the fuel pump cover?
  5. sorry jess, but im with tuff32 on this one. just PM me the details and ill meet up with u after the dinner at the cruise.
  6. Just to clarify once more. I blew my turbo had shit on both ends out the exhaust and in the intercooler. Front blade is plastic, exhaust fins are ceramic. Both S1 and S2 R33s have ceramic/plastic turbos. Why I have no ABS in my S2 late 1996 model? I was told they were offered as extras at the time...
  7. I fitted my GT3076R 2 weeks ago next tuesday... im loving it.
  8. Sammie I had the same problem. It turns out my turbo blew. It is either the wastegate staying OPEN or there is no external wheel left on the turbo lol. check for white smoke please. EDIT: I had the same problem but my wastegate was shut the whole time. ~boost.
  9. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AHAHHAHAHAHAAHAH boostie no workie in nuetral buddy... Although I'm sure if this was asked on Nissansilva.com he'd get an answer more harsher than this now. So take it easy on him and lets not reduce ourselved to ns.com levels. lol.
  10. ^^^^^^^ BUHAHAHA.
  11. OG speed shop OG road. 10 dollars a metre. If you can beat that by a good amount I'll buy 20 metres.
  12. ok my problem was the oil wasnt good enough when it was changed. most of you dont fret, it may be a simple oil change and you are back to smooth changes. I'm gonna be using Redline Lightweight Shockproof (125 dollars for 3.5L) what do you think about this oil?
  13. Will take your word and put it into action Cubes. I'll lower it down to 0.70Bar?
  14. true dat! i dont give a f**k!.... unless your a stat whore who cares!... Although a dyno at boostworx would be interesting.
  15. lol "put the sticka at the front of what?"
  16. At the moment, I'm looking for a nice set of rims, and some nice looking engine bay dressup stuff. And silicon hose cheaper than 10 dollars a meter in a range of colors...
  17. maybe you should sue transport SA and get some of those precious hours off life back because at the moment you are practically smoking a packet a day by waiting for slow ass trains. take the rims off your car and take it onto the rails. Youll have trouble overtaking tho.
  18. When I bought my car the previous owner gave me a dyno sheet. Mods include 5Zigen catback 3 inch zorst, 7 inch muffler, K&N air filter and thats it, and it was running 6/7psi (stock boost) and doing 153kw @ the wheels, dynoed at boostworx. Now I'm running 14psi off a Garrett GT3076R, Turbosmart boost controller, turbo back 3 inch exhaust with hiflow magnaflow cat and the same K&N filter, no missfiring plugs (iridiums) gapped at 0.7mm. How much more power over the stock figure do you think I'm making? because I tell you now its ULTRA noticable.
  19. I'm purchasing RacingHart CR rims from CRD when I get the chance.
  20. if his names tommi makinnen then ill be there.
  21. what a head f**k now I got this. I'm gonan put in good redline oils and pay 150 for a "short term" fix. I think the best way to combat the problem would be getting a full rebuild and replacing the synchros and then sticking with 1 good oil the whole way and change it prematurely everytime. I had my oil changed from a service recently which revealed the crunching, they didnt put redline oil back in obviously so Redline oil is great but its not a fix. Redline 75/150 i think it is.
  22. gapping is usually always the issue as you boost. 0.8 optimal gap.
  23. If anyone is misfiring *BECAUSE OF BOOST* check your spark plugs gapping. Anything over stock boost you MUST gap them to 0.7 and then you will not be getting misfire. If this does not work, your coilpacks have bitten the dust and you might as well get splitfires. Slidingperformance.com does great deals on splitfires, I think they are 565 odd bucks form him delivered (Slides). Good luck.
  24. looks tough great pics flick
  25. i bought turbosmart boost t. the red one. hefty price for a bleeder but god damn does it work nicely.
