no its new... genuine brand new garrett direct form garrett... see if you can find someone whos willing to do this favour for you and lives in america... only problem is i have to wait 2 weeks or more for it. but for this turbo i can wait. a long while. Only question is right. Is this the right replacement turbo I am ordering? its in T3 flavour and im going for the 0.63 version for quicker top power to rev. Can i still install and run this on the same ECU? (stock)

It is a Mine's VX-ROM. ~900-1000 new from japan with trade in of your current ECU. They remove the the speed limit cut and proper tune for any octane rate fuel you specify to Mine's. Until you get the car's ECU updated I would only put 98 octane in the car, forget about the "ULP 95 ONLY" and read it as 98 because the common octane rating mine's is tuned for is 98 and this sounds like the case because you have minimal mods. EDIT: It's worthless here I heard because apparently only a few places can tune the Mine's VXRoms properly... I was looking into getting one last week and asked a few questions about it and every1 shafted me and said it was a peice of shit... but it says MINE'S ON IT!!!... lol.

not the point. unlimited it is.. in capacity. in speed. yes its limited but only if u go over 10gigs. its a quite simple prospect and if u have telstra everything else its a little cheaper.. please keep that in mind.
