I play fear combat. not too bad little too quakey for my liking tho i get bored of it after 40-50 minutes i got splinter cell double agent recentrly its a great game
-
it was most probbaly an earlier model automatic turbo. in many cases straight line speed supras destroy all. line up a 97 TT 2JZ with 6 speed manual and someone not so fully sik and stupid either and they are bound to win.
-
I'm sorry but that call was so stupid that it was GOLD, best advice was given 2nd post, and the other interesting advice was the "BMW is fault for front damage"... i can see how that is correct. he didnt have hand brake up high enough.
-
ha, ok... if you got 20k to spend on one of these performance vehicles. id get a R32 or R33 series 2. and spend the rest minus ins and rego to mod it a bit. thats your best bet. either way dont expect for most these mods to stay on the car forevor if u run into 5-0.
-
I've looked into it Adz, for a good 2JZ you would want around 17-20 thousand dollars. much less for automatic models. S15 are a little more expensive, nice cars, some superior handling characteristics in my opinion, RX7 much more expensive for that same year, but they are the ultra-weapon, and Skyline GT-t comes in at a good price and good power, nothing to extravagant, but its definitely not too sensible either. nice balance, love em.

it costs me, hence why i am ultra-reluctant. if it didnt cost me anything i would let sharing go on over night, but because i have 3 other computers in the family each complaining about bandwidth it would be highly innaprporiate and inconveniant on this cable connection. even on ADSL2 it would be the same.
-
ok, fair enough. I used legality so we could all be *careful* on this issue. u as a moderator and I as an administrator should know this. secondly, i get around 10-20 percent of my downloads from torrents, and the rest thru FTP and HTTP direct links, which in most cases are much faster, stored on big servers where bandwidth usually isnt a problem, and everyone is happy. what else can I say.
-
lol. if u seed it ur doing soemthing even more illegal if you are talking about illegal software. distributing further. if people leech there is nothing u can do about it, and dont say i suck because everyone does it and dare say you have done it before. there is no good in seeding or leeching, if ur talking about sharing fine, but there is no morality in either. and thats the fact. I use open trackers, i dont get any files from closed groups because I have to. If you want to seed your file on a public tracker thats your descision. i can do what i like.
-
leechers dont suck... if you are talking about the way leechers are able to get forms of illegal media, why does it suck. it shouldnt affect anyone but the software developers... are u a software developer. I leech, doesnt matter what file. im allowed to and i dont need to count 3 gigs to my dl limit if its a 1.5gb file. even when i get adsl2+ i will still limit it.
-
i like it in torrents how i can upload sweet f**k all and download at upwards 150kb a sec with cable. adsl u share too much. i dont like sharing cause stupid bigpond counts uploads to dl limit.
-
dont say there is no substitute for a Power FC this is just electronics... what is the alternate solution if they do not exist anymore. Alot of people would benefit from that sort of information.
-
I got Telstra Bigpond cable... its all that was available in my area at one time, but now I have to wait till end of contract to quit cause its not worth the hassle of them finding my foxtel isnt exactly legit in the way that it is set up not in the way it is paid for... (disconected and not working booster and splitter box). Im going with node after bigpond cable... only good thing about cable is... i dont know. i think its more reliable. -setting up programs for torrents and downloading p2p programs is much easier. (Stupid adsl static IPs give me the shits when my mates want me to route the bastards).
-
they are turbos not blowers... it comes in at higher RPMs when u put ur foot down, some people drive like maniacs and thats why they buy alot of fuel.
-
ahaaaaa nice f**ken ride. nice CQ driving btw too.
-
what form, low profile quality cap or big fat juicy electrolyte spilling son of a bitch cap.
-
yeh intel boards are still cool, they are the ones that lead the way for the rest to release. but they are boring. and so is foxconn hence the double ultra. yeh, on further thinking, nothing is wrong with the solder, its usually all fluxed n done properly on good brands. MSI is a growing reputation but it still sucks ass. In regards to bulging caps its not the mobo makers fault.... its the manufacturers fault that make the caps. on my aopen mobo i detached all the caps and stuck on similar rating heavy duty good quality ones and all adverse effects have never been spotted.
-
no i meant i know what a dry solder is. lol dont mock me... i didnt mean one of the BIG caps near the CPU, those are always nice and snug in place. the smaller ones near the PCI slots and PCIE slots are the ones that usually get touched alot if you are placeing and removing cards all the time. they move a bit and it weakens the solder, then when some dum idiot puts a vacuum in there and it just happens to be weak enough.... OR the person knocks them off with the head of the vacuum... its always going to happen... use the ultra-compressed air. bottles for the office and electric compressor for the house. quick ezy, PSSSST done. here at work all old EPOX (ULTRA SHIT) and FoxConn (ULTRA UTLRA SHIT), and finally Intel stock motherboards (ULTRA BORING). lol

I know because I worked at my uncles microelectronic engineering business for a year working on all sorts of cool gadgets. i only buy ASUS motherboards and never had any problems. 2 years ago I bought an Aopen motherboard and after 3 months of solid tweaking I found a equiliberum. too much hassle.
-
yeah, this does happen, my mate did it and he sent the board to be repaired. technician managed to source problem to missing cap, and he replaced it. mate ended up finding the bastard inside the vac... also, jumpers DO get sucked up. most jumpers are very loose and if vacuum is close enough jumpers will enter the paper bag
-
most likely ur uncle bob sucked up a capacitor or some inferior diode that was linking something that was important.

plus turbo timers work a bit stupidly dont they, they add the time up but then when youre in cool down mode they just subtract individual seconds off in seconds. if you thrash your car and its reading 6 minutes on the turbo timer for when you stop, then you slowly pullup and it says 5 and a half minutes, what the hell calculations does that little plastic piece of shit do calculate that time. its saying that heating up time = cooling down time. thats not right. crap first double post... in addition to my argument: surely when the turbo cools down it cools down to a sort of stagnant temperature where its at an acceptable level so you can just switch off your car. for instance, driving absolutely normally to a destination it should read 0 minutes on the turbo timer if you dont have problems with your car when you stop. I'd like to hear from the microelectronic engineers and the people who write the software on how theyve put these inexpensive-expensive little things together which everyone who gets a turbo charged vehicle automatically thinks they have to aquire.
-
what if u need to stop in a hurry, or you thrash your car to your destination, etc etc. dont worry about slowing down before you get to the destination, when you get tehre just sit in your car for 120 seconds, look at your watch, and then switch off the car. if you get places on time you would only be 2 minutes late. lol
-
soz i meant cmos. look at the capacitors on the mother board, do they look bulged at the top or do they look flat. they are the fat little cylindrical things near the CPU
-
yes im interested also. got 15-16k and no r33s2skyline in my garage yet.
