do a bios clear by shorting a few designated pins on the motherboard with a jumper and then see if that helped. Look in your manual for the motherboard on how to clear the bios using the jumpers on ur board.

try doing this, if you have dual channel set up, take out a stick of ram, then if u installed the CPU yourself, make sure the fan is on correctly, might even be a heat issue for all we know. how many PCI cards, cd roms, hdds and what graphics card do you have. you problem could be a power/heat issue. causes alot of lockups.

I think that the unit itself should not be illegal. just the use of the function tied in with the alarm system. so if u use it and ur caught then you get defected, not they see its in your car then assume that its used illegally. What about some sort of slow heat dissapation fan system for turbos. no such thing exists.

that TV is fine for foxtel man, Maybe with a not so good aerial setup the digital tv (local) wont look that great, but for Fox it should be fine. The only thing i hate about LCD TVs is that a good one needs to be 8ms and below response time and the contrast ratio needs to be same or better than 800:1. Plasma TV Contrast ratio is like 10,000:1. But nah man, that TV looks nice and certainly looks like it would do the job without confusion.

I was thinking something in the order of 250 watts max howie, you dont need all that much power to run a computer with an average 3d card... when you start seeing GT or X(insert number here) in 3d cards thats when power draw is higher. a nice 6600 PCI-e will do the job nicely and if you put a conroe instead of a AMD 64 dual in the comp itll run even lower wattage. Conroes (Core 2 Duo) are great on power saving (based on laptop tech).

LG L3200TFK is the monitor i listed above, see what you think, most people give it the ultra-thumbs up. in the end its your descision where you get it from and etc. I seen this monitor in stores for 2400 in some places, i say help out the SAU and offer it to people at 1670 lol. if anyone is interested PM me. at the moment I can only offer you the: LG 32" Wide 8ms LCD 1366 X 768 @ 60Hz, DVI, Black which is going for $2000 i reckon, around there, I can get it to you for $1670. Ive heard of a Panasonic LCD 32 inch with HDMI, but I havent got access to it yet. Only 40 inch LCDs and plasmas from panasonic and greater.

key word "night". Any projector isnt viewable during the day unless you got blinds, you got a plasma behind the white screen thats a smart move. Id look at buying a plasma too mate for your Xbox360, or PS3. They have jumped down in price too and most are very good.

What if you got an open space lounge, want to play during the day and there too much light to run a projector (expecting "tough!" back lol). Plus, LCD 32 inch panasonic TV cost just as much as projector anyway, and you can watch it all day without eyes hurting.

for XBOX and watching sport. go the 1080p. its better for motion at hi res. Samsung and Panasonic both near same quality, Panasonic edges out with fantastic contrast ratios and marginally better image quality.

If you want I'll put a list of TVs in here with prices I can get them for you at so you have a good idea on what to shop around or even take them off me, I get them at wholesale price anyway.

so really u want an LCD tv not a monitor... if you have an amp/ speakers/ surround sound system with an optical input why worry about HDMI and getting sound out the front of crappy speakers on a tv...? use the DVI connection, then get an optical cable for your audio and you will have crisper sound. (since 2-3gs is ur budget I wouldnt worry about LCD Monitors, go for an LCD TV that supports HD) I then suggest a Panasonic LCD Panel tv. Panasonic make the best LCD TVs and Plasmas, you will love it.
