Yeah sorry Jay haven't been able to get on , been tad bit stuck up north with the nice weather only got back last few days. i would say fortnightly or even maybe every 3 weeks , just depends whos free when and how many really. and where/what we going to do.

Yeah i have been very busy during week nights with work and what not. Need to have a look at whos busy on what night and pick a night most are free. If we are going to do a sat meet - stay away from the "popular" spots , don't need constable proctoligist to pay us a visit.

Another one ive heard is , you have the lock out bar in , no fuse , and u leave the ecu plugged in but u cut a wire which apprently is what goes to the steering sensor and cutting that wire will apparently eliminate the heavy steering problem. Can't confirm it though havent tryed.

well i don't know about dramas after the hicas bar is installed. but i was having the steering dramas before i put the bar in and before i took the car to the mechanici removed the fuse to the Hicas and wouldnt you know the steering is constantly soft and responsive. I have no Hicas ecu anymore and mine hasn't played up after the bar went in either...

I would tell you the offset but i have no idea what it was previously. the rims on there previously where a set of blitz 3 piece im not sure what offset they are. apparently +12 isnt going to work either.

Hey guys i have a slight dilemma with my brakes/rims. I have put on a set of alcons both front and back with 6 pot at the front and 4 back. Mechanic has now realised my 3 piece rims dont fit. Problem i have is that ive had 6 different tyre shops tell me different offsets i need. Along with one telling me it will fit and another supplier telling me none will fit. Has anyone had any of the same issues with alcon brake kits ? the car is a r33 gtr. i dont understand what the offsets are or how to work them out etcc ive had the mechanic fill in the sheets from Work Wheels and they're saying they wont fit yet the guy who sells them says they will. Can anyone shed any light at all ? The size of the rims i have are 18' atm with 275mm tyres. apprently stock RX8 wheels fit on as they mechanic had them on the car to move it around the shop. though i doubt theyre the same width rim and tyre. i might have to check the route just incase theres bumpy roads im sure there are a few with low cars that would prefer a flatish non bumpy road.

Hey guys just seeing what sort of interest there would be for a sunday cruise for skylines. Itll be organised by myself and 13rendan_88. Would be a sunday and at this stage through hinterland(guanaba,tambo mountain,nerang sort of area) we have other routes but one at a time.... Possibility of looking to stop somewhere we can grab a feed and continue on with the cruise. Once we get some more time and numbers the route will be posted.... Cheers.

i think the thank that they have a "duty of care" also have to show "due dilligance" and are responsible for a customers car will work wonderfully in your favour. though still wont bring back the car... but hopefully it does pop up champ.

Has anyone by any chance got the handle on the passenger side eat which lifts the seat forward to let people into the back ? or know where i can get the small handle ? i have the metal bit it screws onto but the plastic bit is gone. Cheers.

can try that or get like a bracket with screws.take the door off and get a small bracket made up with 2 screws either side of the plastic so when u tighten them it brings the plastic down nice and tight onto the door trim.

they had the wrong part number. they quoted 720 each until i gave them the pat number for the series 3 headlights. it went to 1371.00 for the rhf & $1407.00 for the lhf

Does anyone by any chance know the part number for r33 gtr series 3 headlights - (the hid xenon),nissan have given me a quote and they seem awfully cheap compared to what i have seen them sell for. Cheers

the glass lenses actually come off ? i looked at that but it looked like they didnt come off...
