thanks for the timing! I don't think I got any completely clear laps in that last session, but I wasn't losing too much time getting past people. I have a bit of work to get under 1:10s still, but with a properly working diff, same length control arms left and right, and a bit more tweaking I think it can be done I didn't even get the brakes up to temp (probably something about GTR brakes on a 1000kg car )

certainly sounds like much softness! Something horrible happened to my diff about 2 minutes from home (at 6:20 in the morning!), making it sound like a straight cut gearbox. After an hour or so of trying to work out what its problem was I drove it down to Wakefield anyway, thrashed it all day, and drove home. It's a bit louder now... Damn GTR components! I thought they could nevar lose! Might have to put a Silvia diff back in

I'm not sure what times I was doing. I spent a fair bit of time going through traffic That was the car's first test run since being put together, and still has various things to sort out (like the fact that is has two different length lower control arms!!), but the aim is under 1:10s when it's 100% sorted.
