Its called a Mobile Phone Car Kit Most kit 's have their own mic and speaker, and will mute your radio via a mute wire, which most stereo's have. You can in some cases get an add on that will allow it to come through your speakers also, but not a good idea in my opinion. Music Up load, call comes through load talking = lots of feed back. Just get a good kit with the mute wire
