How do I make my mirrors fold away automatically when I turn the ignition off. On the left postition folds them in, right folds them out, but the centre postion does nothing. Is there a problem here?

Any one got any pics on how to pull this out? And part number / pricing?

umm the 8850 didn't come out wiht 8850 accros the top, I'm sure my old one said Nokia, so how can they be original cases?

Yeah, but by design a ported box will be loud and "chuffy", a sealed box will be tight and responsive maybe but 2-3 Db less.

Check the size of your box is as per the specs that came with the sub. A sealed enclosure (no port will be best) Filling with dacron/wool/blanket wont make much differnece to a sub.

I would recommend the JVC also. But yeah, you could use any HU with rear AUX, just run some leads. Could be a bit fiddly if its not close enough to use though. eg on the passenger side. Does your Ipod have a remote??

You really need to do domething with your dash! It looks very ordinary. Pull out the dash panel and the one arounfd the gearstick and go get em painted. It'll look 100% better eg

I know heaps of people have been looking for some decent mesh to put in thier front bars. I got some from Everything Metal. 351 Melton Rd Northgate. They can pretty much do any size you need. A peice 1200mm x 350mm cost me 10 bucks.

Oh and.. Make a plan of what you want, and buy an amp(s) big enough to run everything from the start. It'll save you headaches (upgrading, or adding more later) and save you having to re wire another one.

Yeah Fhrx has the idea, Buy the best stuff you can afford, even if you need to lay buy. AMP, SPliTS and Sub. Buy them in that order. I wouldn't recommend a wiring kit for a Skyline, you don't need half that shit. You'll need RCA cables long enough to go from the front to the back. About a metre of BIG power wire and a Metre of BIG earth. (get the same size) And you'll need speaker wire to run from the amp back to the front speakers. Check out the other threads in here.

Not a big Kenwood fan, but kenwood is good shit for the price. It "should" sound louder that way. And less chance of damaging the woofer when you chuck something in there!
