Agree with Dan, A31 ECU is junk compared to the R32. I personally had issues with the A31 ECU not being able to accept a Toshi chip which the R32 happily takes.

I have all the service manuals for the A31 - there are 5 books in total with around 1800 odd pages including a manual dedicated just to the chassis/body, all are in Japanese. Don't bother with the one from NZ as it is just an owners manual and offers very little info. I got all mine from Yahoo Japan auctions and had Jesse Streeter buy them for me, cost over $500 for all of them, i asked Jesse to see if we could get new ones from Nissan but Nissan Japan wasn't interested in helping. In other words start searching YJP!!

Depends on legalities in respective states & countries - pretty sure he is from the states A few of my cefiros which came with 5 seat belts were only registered as 4 seaters.

I am striping my Cefiro completely. At this stage the engine and box are not available but everything else is. The shell has a semi tube front and has a major defect against it, it is still registered in NSW until April 2014 but the rego will be cancelled in less than 4 weeks due to the defect. The car has full interior - passenger vent is long gone All panels and glass is available including a rough condition glass autech kit Work VX wheels 17x8 & 17x9 with very good condition federal 595's 6 point cage Car is only being striped because of the defect being almost impossible to clear without an engineers report which i am not willing to stump up for. Parts are located in either Carlingford or Parramatta in Sydney If you want to organise your own postage for large articles you are more than happy to do so, i will organise at buyers cost to send small articles via auspost. PM or SMS only to 0400 678 800 Let me know what you are after and i will reply as soon as i can. I will put photos up tomorrow (Saturday) or i can MMS them to you. Cheers.

Hi all, I have finally gotten around to starting my 25/30 build. Just using an R32 25DE head. Unfortunately my 30 block has a few score marks in the bores so I will be getting it honed or bored if it is too far gone. Main question I have is regarding stock 30e pistons, this build is purely for a bit of fun so I wouldn't expect any great power figure. I am after a set of NA pistons and after searching around precision seems the best option for me. In an older thread prices were posted up which were in the $250 bracket minus rings, I can't find anything near that except for ET pistons which I don't want to use. Is this the excepted price for these now ? Any info is much appreciated.

Hey guys, I am looking at a cefiro in SA that has been regod previously but is currently not. I want to bring it back to NSW. Can anyone tell me the rules regarding this. I have done the same with a vic regod cefiro but it had been regod in NSW previously. Does it merely need a blueslip or does it need to be engineered. The owner has the rego paper. I have tried to contact auto sport in kirrawee but they won't answer their phone. any help is much appreciated. Cheers.

Hey guys, possibly the wrong area but thought this section would give me the best options. I am looking at an 88 cefiro in SA that has been regod but has since expired. I want to bring it to NSW, What are the rules regarding rego ? I have done the same before with a VIC cefiro but it had been regod in NSW before. The owner has the rego paper. is it simply a matter of a blueslip or does it need to be engineered ? Any info is much appreciated. Cheers

Hey, I have a various array of parts im selling. New URAS kit - Full kit i purchased second hand but hadn't been fitted. i haven't fitted it either - no holes etc have been drilled and it is still in gel coat. Skirts and rear bar are still in plastic $250 2x Cefiro bonnets. 1 in yellow in good condition and one gunmetal in great condition $100 for yellow $250 for gunmetal Cefiro front guards - notoriously hard to find good guards in Aus. 1x pair of matching late model gunmetal guards in great condition - few small dents but otherwise perfect - $280 for the pair 2x drivers side guards in good condition with a few scratches - $80each 1x passenger side guard - $80 Stock Cefiro side mount with piping - $50 Cefiro castor rod brackets few small dents on the bottom but nice and straight - $40each Those are the main parts, i have a few small bits and bobs around so please just ask. Parts are pickup only in Sydney but you are welcome to organise freight once parts have been paid in full. Some parts may be negotiable, just ask. PM or preferably SMS 0400 678 800 Cheers.

A31 Tie Rod Ends - Same as R32 or S13?

Copied & Paste this from NS.com s13 tierods are 12mm, and the shortest of the lot s14 tie rods are 14mm and are slightly longer, but can be used in s13 but are around 10(ish) mm longer s15 tierods are 12mm and are longer than s14 for some reason, tried them in a s13 but had monster toe in. r32 have both 12mm and 14mm tierods, so you need to check before you buy, and SHOULD be the same length as s13 Surprised know one has actually stated that Cefiro's only use M14. Unless you are using an S13 rack of course.
