i hardly driven the car, but boost isnt until well into high 4000rpm and pulls right upto 7000 (rev limit) i have no figures as the car was only ever road tuned. bare in mind im using stock injectors, AFM all stock internals stock cams etc -

fairly laggy on the 20, good fun when it comes on boost though. -
hey, im wanting to sell or possibly swap my Garrett 3040 with the smaller .63 rear housing, it will not come with any oil or water lines or any exhaust flanges. it has the 4 bolt exhaust flange. its in great condition done a maximum of 5000kms, about 300 on my car and between myself and the previous owner hasnt been boosted over 14psi. has the usual ballbearing shaft play but absolutly so smoke no funny noises etc. only reason im wanting to sell is because its on an RB20 and this turbo is not suitable for what i want to use the car for. want to swap for maybe a 2876, 3076 etc which might still seem big for a 20 but im looking at doing a RB25 conversion further down the track Price $ 1300 ono located in western sydney. my camera is stuffed and wont focus so ill try and get some older pics up (last year)

Trent at Status tuning is the god in melbourne when it comes to tuning the emanage, both the blue and the ultimate. you need the ecu itself, the main harness and the ignition and injecter harness. so three (3) harness's. if your unsure speak to trent. hes on this forum under the username URAS the ultimate is much better than the blue allowing you to remove AFM along with plenty of extra options doing a quick search will find you the thread about the ultimate. also you cant compare the blue and SAFC, although rather basic compared to other ecu's the blue is far more advanced than the SAFC -
its a bit silly for street use, i personally wouldnt worry about it. the hassles regarding space and legal issues would well and truly put me off. of course a track car is completely different.

hey guys, ill keep it short and sweet... the EMS dualsport, was there just the one model released before the stinger ? or was there different models, obviously there is updated software etc, but i only want to know if there was more than one model made. also where is sydney is EMS ?? contact details ?? cheers guys.

haha well.... was halfway throught taking off the plenum, when realised the fuel rail was loose, thought il tighten that up and try again. put everything back together.... turn the key, hmm pump sounds odd, almost like its running dry... no standard guages...track only car... check tank. bone dry. and mafia yes it was a joke, im lucky if this thing makes 200hp...

hey guys, ok well im almost at the end of my tether with all the idling issues ive had with this car... previous issues were faulty tps and afm to close to turbo. now my problems are..... starts fine, revs fine, but the idle cuts out and sounds like somethings starving it, sometimes it picks up and does it again othertimes it dies. i pulled apart the cold start valve and it looks spotless inside, ive already cleaned the AAC vlave last time i had these issues, checked for vaccum leaks, found a few lil ones fixed them and still nothing. these have started after i put new o rings in the injectors aswell as new top insulators, although the car wasnt really started before i did this. mods: RB20 Garrett 3040 plenum gtr pump stock injectors, afm remap any guidance is appreciated... i want to take the bloody thing to the track!!!

Rb20 Custom Plenum Q's On Making Sensors Fit?

an easy way to do it is by using a large nipple threaded into the plenum, and making a plate with a fitting welded onto it. bolt the plate to the AAC unit where it would normally bolt to the plenum and run a hose from the fitting on the AAC to the plenum. you can also hide it under the plenum, therefore having alot more choice where you can put it. its how we did it on my RB20 and ive had no problems at all. i had alot of stalling issues when it wasnt used at all..... -
on an RB20 im not so sure. the best example is legend01 on SAU, 300+kw with standard plenum. i see it the only reason to change it on the 20 is for asthetics. possibly helping high in the revs but certainly not helping its endless torque hole in the low revs. i wouldnt have a clue on pricing etc. engineering shops, and some(pick wisely) performance workshops could make you one. the biggest advantage having it made locally is you can be rest assured the quality will be top notch.

you have to remember that the "greddy style" and also the genuine greddy plenums are only made for the RB25,26. everyone has there own personal opinions of front facing plenums on RB20's. i put one on my 20 but everything else was done at the same time so i have no idea if it made a difference. best bet is to get a custom top half that bolts to the original runners.

loose the wing, spacers on the rear and it'll look alot better. White R32's look hot with URAS. -

daisu you seem to have a bad memory.... i already sold you my manual console along with telling you i dont have a shifter cover. the cars a drift pig so no consideration was taken when vents were taken out plus that vent was already stuffed. GTS i havent done a 32 4door, sorry mate. drifteks are multistud. -
