    How many factory cars have more than 350/400hp in an FWD? None. How many supercars have FWD? None. Ever seen an FWD F1 car? Nope. FWD sucks. Only reason to have FWD is because its cheap. Good packaging, i.e. east-west engine. No tunnell for driveline.

    Car headlights are the most precise optics in lighting. Any light source that is a different size and shape immediatly makes the light/reflector relationship redundant. The tolerances are very fine. 0.5mm out on your lamp size/shape and position and the light distribution would be screwed.

    Repco sell this flexible ACL heat shield material. About $45 for 2.0mx0.5m approx. When I went in there no even knew they stocked it. Its great stuff, easy to form into any shape.

    Ho does less back pressure equal more boost? I thought less back pressure will allow the wastegate to open more freely. More back presure will force it shut and spike.

    That's really funny and sad at the same time. I can't beleive all the workshops you spoke to think that kind of lag is acceptable for only 300rwhp.

    When you shorten the actuator and it spikes that means its not opening up enough. Need to get an upgraded actuator. Not sure what a gutted cat has to do with boost control.

    Shorter = more aggressive boost control, Too short and you'll get boost spikes. You want the actuator to do most of the boost work and your boost controler should fine tune the last couple of psi. If it still doesn't hold boost get a big can actuator

    Check to see if your wastegate actuator is adjustable. Looks like it might be soft.

    Stock does about 130rwkw, I find it hard to belive that Nissan left 90rwkw in the bag for us to unlock. I had a HKS 2530 that did 220rwkw @ 17psi. Its a bigger turbo than the stocker. I don't count time-bomb setups as being legitimate power figures. If it isn't bullet-proof its a waste of time.

    220rwkw from stock turbo, no way. Suprised about the amount of people who think they can get over 200rwkw on the stocker.

    LS engines have excellent engine weight/power ratio and as mentioned above engine size/power ratio. There're even lighter than all the RB engines and have much more power potential. Pretty good for old ass tech. IIRC the low-tech LS3 sh!ts all over the the DOHC hi-tech BOSS in the FORD. The number of camshafts doesn't determine the quality of an engine.

    How does a 2L Honda make more area under the curve than a RB26? Please show some dyno sheets of your amazing engine. Honda's are renowned for being peaky and having no torque motors. I just noticed you said GTR's a slow around a track. I feel so stupid reading you post.

    I did back to back with stock vs greddy. Same as above, the differance in mid-range was enormous. Only thing greddy has going for it is the short cooler piping. But that's where the palaz plenum comes in. If only it wasn't so expensive.

    Mine came with a centre nut thing that when screwed on holds the plate on. Then you screw on the oil filter to the nut thing. Also ryco Z68 fits onto the Greddy sandwhich plate. Although mine was just the oil filter kit. No relocation.

    I paid for my turbo on a Thursday, they sent it on Friday, came to me on Monday all the way from Japan to Brisbane. They replaced my cracked Turbo as well.

    I'll be selling mine in about a month on here. Just gotta get my big turbo sorted before I sell.

    All good. Got the turbo replaced free under waranty. Thanks to Greenline and HKS.

    Yours from Vulture Motorsports as well? Just use lots of gasket maker to seal up the water thing. What's the quality of your runners and water galleries? I was on the die grinder for a couple of hours making sure it matched the head gasket.

    I'm over the warranty, don't care anymore. I just want to know whats happening. Greenline said they deliverd the turbo to HKS 5 weeks ago. Not a mention since. 5 weeks of silence is pretty pathetic customer service.

    5 weeks and counting, still no word. Does anyone know how to contact Greenline by phone? Or does anyone have a HKS contact?

    One month ago my brand new cracked 2835 Pro S arrived in japan for a warranty inpection. One month later no word from Greenline and HKS. I cannot get in contact with Greenline to get a response. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!! What could HKS be doing with my turbo for a month? Are they still in business? I just want my turbo back. end of rant.
