  1. govich, you say you gave your pump a good ground. Is it neccessary to run a positive feed str8 from the battery to the pump via a relay to get the correct voltage to the pump?
  2. Can someone with experience with the emanage confirm that when u update the firmware you do not loose your tune.. And if you do can the tune be backed up from the device and reloaded once firmware is updated? Thanks for your responce gtstcoupe
  3. Ok Back to the emanage... Can anyone explain the "emanage blue doesn't like the coils on r33" rumor that gets around... is their any issue with the coils and e manage blue? what about split fires?

  7. 23PSI, yo you got a new actuator on the way yet to test if this is the problem. Hope it is cause ur car will be nutz once u hold ur boost.
  8. I have fixed my rich and retard issues by installing the nipple in the I/C piping before the t/b. no boost spikes only slightly and holds pretty steady MOST of the time. Previously was tee'd into the BOV line.
  9. I have just installed a fmic and found that my boost went up about 1-2psi but more so I found boost spike to be way more evident on a cooler night. Which in turn is either causing Rich and retard or missfires (fells like a miss to me but not sure what rich and retard feels like. Can someone explain?) The above unpredictable boost issue could possibly be caused by my GFB manual bleed valve now getting a reading by being Tee'd into the BOV line. I intend to install my nipple in the I/C pipe very soon hoping this will decrease the cold night boost spiking effect somewhat. All in all i did not touch the boost controller and boost did seem to rise slightly after the fmic installation.

CAT_SPEW go to pipewerkz on kestles road rod will show u what u are looking for. ie high flowing 3 inch resonator and mufflers. ask him about the black r33 he did about 3 weeks ago.. rite price could not help me with my enquiries (custom 3 inch exhaust) instead tried to sell me xforce (nothing wrong with x force but not what i wanted) ur choice mate
  15. 400$ will get you a new custom made 3" catback in mild steel. Speak to rob @ pipewerkz kestles rd macgregor spend another 300$ on a mageflow cat if u want some decent gains from it..
  16. Mate I recently had an exhaust done at Pipewerkz on kestles road Mc gregor just near Clive Peters and JB hifi. My exhaust is 3 inch with straight through resonator (u can get a small bodied on or a large bodied on for like $20 extra) I got the large one and a 3" straigth through muffler on the rear. the exhaust is very quiet. at idle it almost sounds stock.."almost".....it has a great sporty note and the only dorone i have heard is when coasting down a hill in too low a gear off the throtle (which is expected and no one drives like that - unless they are engine breaking down the said hill).. Chat to Rob if you have not already had this done at right price.

  18. CUSTOM. approx 400 for a 3 inch mild steel mandrel bent catback. You choose ur mufflers\look etc. For me this was the best choice, I got to make a high flowing system which was as quiet as possible. At idle it only sounds a tiny tiny bit louder then it did with the 13 y/o standard exhaust system.. Still has a quiet sporty note on boost\when driving etc. then just your front\dump pipe and high\megaflow cat..
  19. yes it will fit a 4 door but the muffler tip will sit in an inch or 2 in behind the rear bar. Basically it does not look wrong and looks like its meant to fit. And man, sorry i cant come up with enough $$ yet, if it does not sell before i get cashed up ill be in tough.. cheers

  23. ar ha, quickly just ripped the shifter out and the nlittle teflon\plastic bit where the selector and gearstick meet has fallen off. i have retrieved this from inside the top of the box.. question is where would i get a new one of these.. also if anyone knows the plastic part i am speaking of, how tight should it fit in the selector and how tight should it be on the selector end of the gear stick..
  24. Hey guys, driving home from work today and all of a sudden i find the gear stick to very very loose and wobbley. I can still select gears but it is hard to find them as there feels to be all this extra movement in the gear stick. once in gear she is sweet, butit is not drivable the way it is.. box has been running strong up until now. it was perfect one minute and the next she has just gone super sloppy.. no funny noise or feeling were felt prior to the slopiness. basically i stop at some lights and when i took off again she had gone sloppy! clutch if fine but the box has issues. Anyonw have any ideas what might be wrong from the description i have given so far?
