  1. Fulcrum quote me 500 ish installed for rear shocks only.. Just ur usual kyb or something... So you'll be looking at at least 400 elsewhere for new shocks only installed, or probablly 250 -300 for just the shocks and install yourself. You'd be better off finding some good condition 2nd hand ones for now for 100 bucks or something.. suspension places can rebuild stock shocks too for about 80 bucks a pop from what i understand.
  2. Item: K&n Panel Filter Age: 18 months since new purchase - Used for about 3 - 4months @ approx 10000kms Condition: Great - Cleaned and oiled upon removaval from my car Price: $50 ono + postage To Fit: R33 GTS25T Location: Brisbane Contact: Via PM Comments: Only used for a few months until FMIC install and decided to go POD after that. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ka...33-t226342.html
  3. mine are aus spec.. currently set at 10 clicks back from hrdest setting and still a softer , more confrotable ride then stock, with next to no body roll and not bump or harsh at all.... 10 / 10 here for teins.. Based on street use though, not sure how they would be on the track under more extreme conditions!.....
  4. K & N panel to suit R33 gtst.. Bough new and used for about 10000 kms untill I decided Pod was the way for me to go. I have cleaned and oil this filter when removed from my car 12 months ago so she is all clean and ready to go.. Looking for 50 bucks pick up.... ono... PM me if interested!!!!
  5. sold
  6. here ya go... all depends on the size of ya fingers lol these springs over stock dropped my car from 4 to 2..
  7. Guys have for sale my old lowering springs. Have just upgraded to tein coilovers. They come with nismo badged kyb shocks (which are basically identical to stock but have 4 point dampner adjustment) but the rear drivers shock is getting a little rattley\knocky hence upgrdeing to teins. The springs on a std shock will make the car sit reasonablly low. I was not able to easliy stick two fingers between the wheel arch and tyre. PM me for interest!! I have pics of my car on these springs at work so will post one up 2 morrow!
  8. too many smilies.. opps! thats teins fault!
  9. ah ha! cheers man it had me a little concerned so click either way till it stops and adjust from there .. i got a little lost on one of my struts
  10. gtstcoupe, another question for you or anyone else that has superstreets... With the dampening adjustment, if u get lost as to what setting ur at, how the hell do u know how to get it back to say setting 1(soft) or 16 (Hard)... the dial just likes to keep on clicking..
  11. yeah the manual said not much more then 'this is how to set ur dampening" and make sure everything is tight" I have the AUS spec ones from fulcrum.
  12. just been out for my first drive on them and they are great, more comfortable then stock 15 y/o suspension and holds nice and flat round corners!!) what dampening settings are u useing for street. mine are currently set on 4 all round. I think i am going to put this up to 8
  13. lol just posted up the same question for my tein super streets.. question answered.. cheers for posting the correct way
  14. another pic. this is passanger front
  15. guys before tighening up and driving does this look like the correct orientation for the bottom of the shock attaching to the suspension arm? see pic
  16. be interested to know if cleaning the aac valve fixes the issue, or if it is indeed caused by the plugs or low voltage
  17. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Id...ng-t224839.html Not really any sure fixes in there but a few things to check \ think about!
  18. Mine does this too I had a recent thread in General Maintanence forum call Idle Weirdness.. Have a look its on the first page or two and has some ideas \ comments.
  19. ill let u know man, cause the guy in fulcrum said they are set up out of the box at standard ride height but has u can see from the pic there only seems to be about 1 inch on thread to wind them down.. so i dont know.. i am going to install them as is and see what the height is like and go from there. interested to hear if anyone who has aus spec tein ss's can coment about height.
  20. i picked up the 'apparently' last set for ecr33 in the Fulcrum brisbane warehouse today. paid full reatil for them though.. $1850
  21. Mate not sure if this helps crappy pic but here is a front and rear for a ecr33 that i purchased new from fulcrum fthis morning
  22. Thanks for the idea Rekin on the alternator voltage at idle. Ill check it out and post up results..
  23. cheers mate, always felt the plug without the C (larger body) fit inside the coil packs alot tighter.. Thanks
  24. lol cheers for the reply man. its annoying to say the least but if its just the plugs then I could live with that. prior to this i run bpr6es (not bcpr6es) and did not have the problem.. Whats the 'c' in bcpr6es mean ?
  25. Hey all, Just posting this up to see if other may have experienced and recified the same issue with there r33 gtst's. Car idles nicely at the correct rpm (650rpm from memory). about every 30-45 secods or so its like the motor has a small miss , i feel the engine lightly jolt and revs must drop (happens so quick u dont notice it on the tacho).. This has been happening for some time now, but its getting annoying so i want to try and fix it. I have new plugs bcpr6es, fuel pump has been replace with a new item, AFM has been cleaned with electrical cleaner. I have not cleaned aac valve (idle control valve) or replaced the fuel filter. Any idea what might be causing this.. Coils are good and hold up good under boost and whilst driving the car the problem is not there.. only at idle. mods include fmic, zorst, std ecu.
