Great for drift \ burnout wheels and tyres Looking for $350 ONO.. PM me for interest.. Located Mt Gravatt east..
  9. Hi, Does anyone know if series 1 and 2 r33 suspension is directly interchangeable? Cheers...
  10. what brand of wheel man?
  11. Also note GGG if this set up was not low enough, the shocks would probablly be great to match up with some lower springs. IE better then using Kings Super lows on your stock shocks.
  12. To be honest guys, the problem started happening to me after a fmic install.. without winding in any more boost.. So maybe it is rich and retard. Before the fmic i had shity plug with what looked to be a gap of 1.5 mm they looked like worn iridiums or platmins. But funtioned fine until the fmic. Now i run .8mm 6 heat range coppers...... If i turn down the boost a fraction the problem goes away. I might explore other avenues before going split fires. Thanks for all the input.
  13. GGG Mate unfortunately the springs are unidentified. How much lower then stock? I cant say for sure mate, My mates car looked about at least 1 inch lower then mine but he also had 18's on.. so i dont know if that makes any difference too? Your more then welcome to have a look at them if required.
  14. Mate I would certainly consider this offer. Any ideas on the best way to post\courier to Tas?
  15. yeah its a tough call. externally the coils look great. checked thougherly for hairline cracks and there is none. cleaned out where the spring site in.. wased and dried rubber boots that go over plug and coated coils with acrylic.. hmmm.. i guess it would not harm to have the new split fires, id be pissed though if it was another issue as id rather spend the cash fix the issue.. looks like there is one way to find out .. where is my credit card ...
  16. Full set of damper adjustable nismo struts with springs. Came off my mates series 2 r33. And look to be in good condition.. No leaks etc.. My mates car sat lower then stock and the ride was a fair bit harder. (this is comparing to 13 y/o stock suspension) I was going to put these in my car but am in desperate need of some split fires so somethings gotta give.. 400 ono.. Prefer pickup in brisbane.. or swap as part payment for new splitfires for series 1 r33.... Pics will be up soon.. PM or post for interest..
  17. I got missfire issues at the moment. Running about 10 psi, ngk coppers new gapped at .8, coil packs removed from car and cleaned and inspected, no cracks, all small debris and dust vacummed out of the spark plug area.. Still get miss fire at 5k rpm. My question, is there anything else i should check\try before spending $550 on split fires.. Do you think split fire will resolve the miss fires and allow me to run a little more boost on the stock ecu? can anyone describe what rich and retard feels like when you overboost on the stock ecu.. totally different to a missfire?
  18. Also spotted behind the counter of a local repco recently.. t bolt clamps..
  19. where is it tee'd into. the yellow hose ur talking bout? The only vac hose u need to play with for and fmic install is the intercooler pipe to turbo waste gate actuator line which u appear to have connected correctly running off th nipple on your new fmic piping. I say remove the yellow? so what have u tee'd it into? or run the yellow str8 from your fmic piping nipple to the turbo waste gate actuator and stick a bleed valve in there
  20. So fr0st this sensor as you have outlined above, is it possible to repace the stock narrowband o2 sensor with this and have the stock ecu still reconise its function when on cruise? and also output the accurate a/f ratio to a gauge? Can it permanently replace the stock o2 sensor without any negative effects?
